What’s the chances you would be interested in giving a full demonstration on this machine? My mother just gave me hers exact same model and I used it when I was in my teens, but now I’m 50 and it’s been a long time. I need a brush up with everything!

I can probably do that! It's very easy to use as long as you've got the manual handy. Has a couple of quirky little things I often need to double check

@@heatherismakingstuff Im in the same boat and would love a demonstration. I already broke a needle trying to figure my machine out, sigh.. :/

Is there a way to get a copy of the manual? I have the machine and accessories but no Manuel.

Hi Sophia, if you email me (heather.is.making.stuff at gmail.com) I can send it to you. Alternatively it's available in the vintage Kenmore group on Facebook. The copy I have is for the 158.18024 so it's a little different to the version of the machine I have, but there are only minor differences.

Hi! The buttonholer attachment came with the machine (they were sold together at Sears). eBay would probably be your best chance. Some are interchangeable, but I'm not sure if this one works on other machines. If you have a vintage Kenmore you can find your model on the Sears parts direct website, and the parts diagrams will tell you what you need. Hope that helps!
