It's funny how there are experts in the comments who know better than the Corvette development team that spent years of research and development, and put things that work best together.
I seen a lot of Corvettes in my life time but this one is the Ultimate cars of the Future and the Zora Corvette is one of them there's some Great Minds working for GM can't wait to see One GM dominantly the car Industry ❤😊
Why turbo's when a supercharger is more reliable ? Twin screw drive magnason unit on a hand built balanced and blueprinted engine featuring a billet crank, titanium rods, forged aluminum pistons, Chevy Billet aluminum heads with 12500 rpm valve train built to last and endure daily driving with 1275 HP 1000 Ft. Lb.s torque, front electric motor adding 150 HP totaling 1425 HP. Come on Chevy make Zora super proud
The BYD U8 costs less and is 25% faster from 0 to 60. Not sure about exterior looks, Vet's might be better. Interior of U8 better? Amazing cars beyond my means.
Took them my entire 60 plus years to figure out what really looks good! Freakin' bad ass American muscle if your wallet's thick enough for real power upgrades.
This is not the Zora, and Zora probably won't be out till the late 2020s and will be 1,000hp plus an electric motor in the front, making it AWD with at least 1,200hp.
If they would take notes from Koenigsegg on the electric motors and combined it with their newest ZR1 build amd tech ideas + reduced drag coefficients and aerodynamic designs to minimize said coefficient I bet it would really blow the minds of a ton of hypercar designers and manufacturers.
As beautiful as this car is, the problems that Corvettes have had in the past, will probably send customers to purchase other cars in this field. Corvette has had too many issues in performance in the past to become equal in performance to other hypercars. The $200,000.00 price tag in my opinion, is a tad too high, given its track record. Probably should be about $125,000.00.
You keeping that electric car for you self not me ever nothing better than mechanical cars if see those mechanical cars still a live today electric nonono big like 007 said big nononono and not no🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈👎😱😱😱
With restrictive speed limits on lousy US highways (I once drove at 165 mph between van Horn and El Paso, TX with a Valentine-radar-detector-equipped Porsche 928 GTS on Interstate 10), it absolutely makes no sense to own such a car in the US, given the poorly engineered highways which do ot compare to the German Autobahn, the world's only super highways without a speed limit. This beautifully designed Zora is unlike the Porsche Turbo S not a car that you can drive as an everyday vehicle, and with the given price tag, you are also getting a car that will not hold its value as does the Porsche Turbo S, with an 8-speed semiautomatic dual-clutch transmission (DKG), with paddle shifter. As an everyday ride, I enjoy my BMW M2 (G87) with a 6-speed manual transmission, which underwent a motor map reprogramming, putting out 550 bhp at 650 Nm torque. I have never been passed on the highway with that car, and it retains its value, being one of the last "dinosaurs" among the compact supercars with a combustion engine. It took 14 month to take delivery of that specially configured vehicle which was built at the BMW plant in San Luis Potosi, MX

BS. The ZR1 has 1064hp no electric crap. You will never see this car in this config.

That's not even what the car looks like
I don't know how your designs are created, but I think they are a cut above the Chevy designs!
