Dr Li, thanks so much.
Dr Li, I so much enjoy educating your listeners. I had my first Matcha tea yesterday; so much better than I thought.
What I did not know, the tea calmed my bloating. I suffered from constipation half of my life; Matcha tea will be my go to before I go to bed. Thank you Dr. Li 🙏🙏
What about low salt and low sugar peanut butter? Would that also be considered a processed food?
Why do you need sugar or salt in peanut butter?
I buy 100% pure peanut butter
And I don't buy white sugar or anything you know like that either
@@user-yf5qs5vc4k can’t get it where I am…
@@ThePerfectantithesis I don’t. It’s how “normal” peanut butter is made. So you have to buy the low salt and low sugar kind at a much higher price, of course.
Things to avoid:
Sugar
Ultra processed food
Alcohol
Lack of movement
Overeating
How do you know what 80% is? Why not 75% or 90% full?
