Thanks. I use a PowerDeWise Shotgun thru a Rode Wireless Go transmitter to send audio to a mevo. No mic on scene, no cables in between, good audio with freedom of movement

Hi Joseph at our small church we are using three Mevo Start cameras and a iPad but I want to take the feed from our sound board to the mevo recording. We are using a iphone as the main microphone now but I would like your thoughts on what would be our best option

I use an irig stream usb audio interface with the Mevo but our wifi is sketchy, can I use a usb Ethernet adapter with additional USB ports to continue using the usb audio interface? Can it support that?

Hi Alex, we don't fully recommend this as it may cause connectivity issues. As an alternative, bringing in your audio via the 3.5mm TRS input would still allow you to use the USB-C port for ethernet connectivity.

Hello. I have the Mevo start to record my Church service. I also have the ethernet. If it is cloudy or having bad weather I loose the wifi connection and the live stream stops. Is there a way to keep recording when this happens?? Thank you

Hi Ronda, yes, recordings continue even if your live stream is interrupted, saved to a microSD card that can be inserted into the camera.

I am running into an issue where when just recording (not live streaming) from the Mevo Multican app directly to our iPad there is an audio latency. Is there a way for us to fix this? or what could be causing it? is it the .5 second cross fade causing this?

Thanks for your feedback, every audio interface will be different so where we plug ours in wont necessarily show you where you should plug yours in. The only commonality is they plugin to the Mevo Start in the audio jack on the camera itself.
