    Thanks for the thorough review, testing a lot of varieties. With now some weeks gone by how are your experiences using them? I have some issues with mine, as the plates protecting the fingers are digging into the joints of some thingers between the distal and intermediate phalanges. This might be due to me having very long, slender fingers, but I would really appreciate the experiences of other people.

      Thanks, I'm glad you found the video useful. After a few months of use I have found the Konings to be uniformly excellent. Although one of our members has experienced one of the plates in one of his gloves shifting slightly, I haven't had that problem with either of my gloves.

    Not to be that guy, but I don't think thats a thumb ring on your dagger; at least I've never seen them used that way.

      Rings like this are called thumb rings in nineteenth century sources and modern sources. But yeah they are more properly side rings, and the dagger is typically held the other way around, with the ring protecting the knuckles and the thumb on the other side of the dagger. I'm not sure why I held it this way, I must have been having a brain freeze.
