I have a DJI Mavic, started with a Phantom 1 like 9 years ago. The hiccup when it comes to TH-cam is if you make.any form of profit you are considered commercial and need the part 107 license. Now, the FAA does not actively look, but 1 complaint and it is thousands in fines.

Is it very exspensive to get and is it the law, just asking , was wanting to get one.

I used to watch a guy in New York City post his drone flights... he had to hire a pilot to fly whenever he wanted footage to post on TH-cam.

So how do you like that drone? I just got the DJI mini haven’t flown it yet a friend has one and he’s supposed to come over and help me with it.
