we are going on New year. 30th Dec. we are not experienced. Should we do this? as it will be our first time.
If you're not experienced then I'll suggest to avoid as in December there can be heavy snowfall.

Its an easy-medium trek, Even with snow, as the trail gains elevation very gradually.
I did it with 2-3 feet of snow, in winters.
It is written somewhere that if you can do it then everyone can do it? What if someone who is not experienced and doing it for the first time, gets stuck? You'll go and rescue them? Already one boy has lost his life in this trail who's temple is made on the trail by his family. So don't comment without thinking, just to brag.

That's not the right answer to this question.
Right answer is,
It totally depends on the pattern of rainfall,
For example last year the rainfall that happens normally during xmas -> new year, got delayed, and the trek was a cake walk.
PS, I have done it in December,
As well as January.
