Very easy how you can change your own automatic transmission fluid!
I use the castrol transmax automatic transmission fluid. I do NOT use oem Honda brand.
I recommend you use what your vehicle's owner Manuel calls for.

Was that your first fluid change? My uncles 04 has 280k and never done it. I don’t want to change the fluid and have it slip if he’s never changed it

I've done the same procedure on a 2001 but I used the Valvoline Multi-vehicle ATF Max Life. How is the Mobil 1 5w-30 working out for you? Do you feel any sort of difference, either good or bad?
