Is there a way to increase/decrease the train (and other vehicles) speed sound the whistle code at RR crossings stop/go or make everything run at exactly the same speed?

Thanks for the content. Re presentation though: please stop all unnecessary mouse and screen movement. It greatly detracts from the message and also makes it hard to watch. The last minute is particularly rough.
Interesting that easily you add the "wait for trigger command".. I can select it (green tick), but it does not show in the driver menu. Perhaps an explanation should have been included.
