    Despite the fact that these guys may or may not juice/steroids.... I still think that the exercise combinations were good... Their form was good... The super sets made sense... And once I try the routine myself, I'll let you know how that felt... Let's take the positive from the video not the negative... The video is a demonstration... Not a physic pageant... Let's see some of you guys actually get in the gym and do the actually routine rep for rep...set for set.. How do you feel? Let's critic the workout routine not the dudes in the video...

      Jermaine Piles ...i agree I use to do hardcore workouts shit gets rough sometimes but these sets n routines r the truth ppl should take the skill n benefits of the free tips these guys showed us...in I've tried these workouts along time ago n man the shit burn....so with all those variations man ill get big n solid fast especially eating potatoes, beans ,plain yogurt,cottage cheese man the list goes on....

      UH, delts are about the first muscle to respond to gear. 3D delts are one of the first things to look for with someone on gear.

    Question though... Guy in the black polo shit, are you standing with your arms like that to look big, or do you have a muscle imbalance from building too much chest and not enough back causing your shoulders to be pulled forward leaving your arms naturally sitting that far forward?

    Awesome video,and I'm always looking for new ways to hit the side delts,since realty there's not that many exercises,then bingo,there it is,lean back and do side lat.raises,or even maybe on a slightly declined bench.I'm gonna give them a whirl tonight.
