Compared to most animals that get slaughtered for meat, that lamb probably had the best possible outcome for getting slaughtered.

Wonderfully said! I think some people think that meat grows on trees and just magically ends up in the supermarket , then ignorantly complain when people show them how to do this themselves. I would think typically meat bought in a supermarket isn't raised as nicely like you said, and yet they support them being raised this way by buying the products , and still complain.
For real. Either don't complain about slaughtering or complain all you want and stop eating meat.
Someone always has to kill the animal, so people should shut the hell up or go vegetarian/vegan. Simple enough I think.

This was far more humane than what other slaughterhouses do. And it was a good reminder to always be thankful for the food you eat.
I always found this way of sluaghter just fascinating the idea that the animal loses blood and goes to sleep without feeling any pain has always been something I loved about Islam

Its the fact that one surgeon may do it in the most clumsy manner and another might do it with such kindness the patient may heal better or sooner because of the precise nature of the cuts, same goes for butchers, there are ways that hurt animals far more than need be, in Islamic “Halal” way of slaughtering animals the do it in one single swoop with sharp knife so that the animal does not feel stressed or feel pain, I hope this explained what the brother tried to say with least amount of words.

People who cry about this but go to the supermarket should remember that those were animals too and they were actually living in terrible conditions up until the point they were killed for consumption.
Exactly! Those animals were electricuted in bloody slaughter houses, but this goat was just chillin and calm till they quietly and peacefully sent him to god
So what ? Killing means killing. U can't justify the killing just bcoz the animal was living peacefully. If some other species slaughter us humans for their festivals, how would u feel ?

The ruling on Qurbani:
Sharp knife must be used to carry out the Qurbani - dull knives may inflict unnecessary pain and suffering
Knives must not be sharpened in front of the sacrificial animal
No animal can be slaughtered in front of another animal
When the sacrifice is being made, the words “Bismillahi Allahu Akbar” must be recited
The animal can not to be skinned until the body is entirely cold
