It really just depends on the scenario, if traveling from island to island portal is fastest, if it is traveling between 2 walls spring does really well, if it is a short distant race, rubber may win, long distance Kitsune may win. It depends on the rules and the situation you are in.
Many fruits, such as dragon and control weren’t being used at their full potential, as dragon’s untransformed flight would be faster, and if control had fully held the zone then teleported it would have beaten dough.

I’m pretty sure rocket got a headstart before spin. But it doesn’t matter cuz it seems like they move at the same speed so it doesn’t really matter
Fun fact: flame (v2) can actually go a lot faster if you just tap F instead of holding it.
