dark souls 3 as a bad host (dark souls 3 with only door shield) i think it's possible to use the cheet engine to give yourself items.
This was basically the reason i even wanted a PS3.

I bought 2 ps3 1 Fat 1 Slim just to jailbreak them for Souls game and Metal Gear Solid 4

My wife got me a ps3 last year, since mine broke down years ago

This was a blast from the past, yeah i gotten into Demon Souls PS3 when the servers was shut down but there is fan made servers and i did plat the OG PS3 great grand daddy as well. Still loved the game and yes i did plat that version of the game.
Honestly this is the hardest one. Getting the drops for upgrade materials are almost harder than DS3 covenant drops
I went back to the PS3 to replay Demon's Souls again (1/2024), and still love it! Already platinumed it before. Not easy. Much respect!
As Demon's Souls pro here; when ppl buy the Ring of Avarice....I cringe hard! "NO!" lol.
You can get it for free in Tower of Latria 1-2 after bringing down giant heart thing.

I only have 10 platinums and majority of them are insanely easy but this is the hardest platinum trophy I have. Unfortunately the only trophy I needed help with was with the friends ring/foes ring with the help of someone on multiplayer. Really cool to see you did this all on your own. Nice video btw

The only ones I have are from all the Souls games, and among them, this one was the most awful to get by far. And I don't know why you'd see that as unfortunate, that's kind of how the rings were intended to be gotten. Which is made painfully obvious now without the servers, especially the Friend's ring.

Ive actually been working on Demon Souls PS3 myself. Didnt realize its not a guaranteed drop for the Moonlight or Moonshade on the crystal lizards so ill have to try again on ng+ and save scum for the last crafting trophies.

You could have joined private Archstone servers through changing DNS setting and change world and soul tendency through manual change that they have created.

I just beat the game 30 minutes ago on an emulator, I love the game and it's atmosphere dearly, but I wish bosses were more balanced and traversing areas wasn't a massive pain.
What about the remake?
@@relton66 I could get the remake on ps plus, But as for the remake goes, I'm not sure, it still has missed potential even within the remake-huge problem with it-and bluepoints artistic choices weren't inline with the original, I could deal with the NPC voice lines but I prefer the original, but the biggest offender was the music. Let's hope it doesn't happen to Bloodborne as well.

If Miyazaki had an issue he would've mentioned it. They were going for something different here, but yeah, I respect the fact you aren't shitting on anyone here. After all, as you are, if you don't like the remake, play the original. Multiplayer wasn't anything to begin with outside of a boss. So yeah, thank you for not shitting on BluePoint or anyone outside of my little goofy interrogation. Just used to people relentlessly bashing BluePoint for tweaking small details. Sorry you had to read the prototype for my LA essay.
Edit: the music in the remake are my favorites in the whole series, love hearing the motifs come in in orchestral format. I am a sucker for orchestra. But I see your point. They really should've at least added a setting. That has no excuse.

More balanced? That's pretty vague, most bosses are quite easy though, which is fine. The bosses aren't meant a huge challenge but more of an experience to cap off an area. As for traversing areas, there's many that are fine but there's also a few that are annoying and would've benefited from shortcuts where there just aren't any.
So, can u platinum this game fully offline?? If it so, I will go back again. I just beat it on the ps3 emulator but I want that platinum trophy on my account

6:48 Valley of defilement sucks but it isn't the worst in the series. DS2's gutter, black gulch, and frozen outskirts are far worse.
