In the "How Many Fins Per Finger?" chapter, I believe you meant that total number of fins for either layout options is 96*, not 92. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
what's the issue with large capacitance on a diffpair tail current? can't that actually help speed performance for large signal disturbances? I think the biggest issue with a remote tail current is just the routing resistance eating into your headroom budget
Such a wonderful presentation about FinFET, sir. Thank you so much!
Thank you for in detail explanation, presentation....continue the good work
This was an excellent presentation, thank you so much!
Super nice video, i am a subscriber now. Looking forward to more educational videos, like microelectronics part 2 :)
In the first Figure, the lower half should be Pull-down logic. Great lectures!!!
Thank you so much for this video. You really explained the topic of finFET well
Very informative and interesting presentation. Can you please share the link of the publication by Lawrence Loh ISSCC 2018
I need to find the transfer function of the Finfet transistor. I can't do this. can you help me?
n is subthreshold swing not the subthreshold slope, subthreshold slope=1/n

Yes, you're correct. Thanks for catching that.

How does the performance trend (drive current, capacitance, etc.) change when going from FinFET to GAAFET? Is it the same idea as planar to FinFET?
Thanks for the presentation it is very informative and I learned a lot from it.
It would be great if you share the slides.
Thanks

good presentation
M0V0 connect to gate? how to probing gate
Awesome
