Regarding flight ticket, did you submit one way ticket or both ways i mean with return ticket as well?
Since I was requesting visa for 1 year, I showed only one way ticket. But if you are applying visa for few weeks then return ticket is also required

In the dependent form they are asking abt TRC but we are applying dependent together with my husband who just got his work permit...so in cases like these where even he will be traveling first time ...is copy of work permit enough for dependents?!
Ya you can show work permit and employment contract also. They need to see original as well.

What is the procedure for the dependant to apply/get a job in Poland? you had mentioned dependant cannot work until the Polish company issues the work permit. So how does finding a job (by the dependant) work in this case?
Dependant should first find a job and if employer is willing to sponsor then they can apply for work permit.

Hey we got our apostle in Delhi. There are many agencies you can find online. You need to courier your original document and photocopy then they will complete apostle in few days and send it back to you. We used services of ivsglobal.in

Hallo. Thank you for your video. Is it true that a spouse on dependant visa is allowed to work after 2 years of residing in Poland without having to obtain a work visa.
So far we didn't come across that. I'm not 100% sure but I think it's not possible to work even after 2 yrs.
@@poland_ka_safar okay. I just found out that ther is a visa condition you can apply with called family reunification. If your spouse has been residing in Poland for atleast 2 years then you will get the visa with working rights

Hello, Thanks for providing such informative content but for Dependent visa I haven't seen anywhere mentioned about showing Forex card as financial resource neither in the VFS checklist nor on official polish government website.. Can you please share the link where it was mentioned, maybe it was skipped by me
It's not mentioned in any official channel. Ideally you need to show bank balance in polish bank account of spouse. But not all can show that and Indian bank account statements are not accepted. Only other options are credit card or forex card in depandants name. Mostly depandants will not have their own credit card so we're left with forex card. Traveller's check is mentioned somewhere but it's quite outdated now.

Not entirely sure about this. But logically thinking then it's not mandatory. Because if you are not there during rent agreement signing then how you can sign it? Just check with VFS

If your statement shows the limit then is should be OK. But get it sealed by the bank

Recently my wife applied for the dependent visa at new delhi poland vfs based on my trc. But she submitted her health insurance from ICICI lombard which is mentioned in the embassy accepted insurance list. But you are saying only polish insurance company. So will it be any problem for us? Insurance coverage is 250k usd.
Also We have shown my polish bank balance confirmation which is good amount and also my polish credit card limit certificate which is a bit lower than my polish bank balance. Will it be any problem?

Hi. Regarding insurance it should be fine. We said PREFERABLY polish insurance company but most of people have Indian insurance so it's okay.
Regarding bank balance also should be okay if you mentioned this in the cover letter or invitation letter. Anyhow you already completed submission, so let's wait and see.

Hi. You need to apply for dependant visa. And in that you can't work. If you want to work then you can apply for companies and they should get work Permit for you.

My question is while preparing a cover and invitation letter for her , can we mention that we will be applying for TRC for both of us before the via expiry so that i can continue my employment and we both can stay legally in Poland? It's not required to mention about TRC in the dependant letter, unless of course your visa is close to expiry

Credit card is not compulsory. If husband had bank account in Poland and salary coming to that account then that should be good. There should be sufficient funds also in the account.

It might be an issue. Better to change name in passport if possible before appointment.
You mail the consulate regarding this! What I have come to know so far are following:
1. Explanation in the visa application (statement)
2. An affidavit stating that she is the same person
3. She can also submit other documents explaining ans confirming the reason for difference in last names.

No specific time but better to apply after he has found an apartment. Best will be to apply after he gets TRC.
