Hope each one of you are doing well. Well this video was in my list since long and here it is now. I managed to gather all the details from the VFS website so that it will be much easier for all of you to understand the process.
I've tried to cover the most important details which are required for documentation purpose during the Dependent Visa application of Poland. I will link the checklist from the VFS website to make your life much easier.
I have covered the below details:
1) Basic document: Passport
2) Visa application form without blanks, signed by the applicant
3) APPLICANT'S COVER LETTER
4) FLIGHT ITINERARY
5) TRAVEL MEDICAL INSURANCE (TMI)
6) DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING THE PURPOSE OF THE TRIP

8) DEPENDENT SPOUSES AND/OR CHILDREN OF THE INVITING PARTY EMPLOYED OR TO BE EMPLOYED IN POLAND

10) Proof of the residence validity of the inviting party (in Poland) for the whole period of the intended

Useful video. Can you please clarify one thing? Until I get the TRC card on hand I cannot bring my family to Poland correct? So the visa application step you are showing will be after getting TRC card correct?
Now you can bring your family/dependent without TRC. No need of TRC for dependent visa anymore

Yes it’s allowed to find job and your company can raise work permit for you and then you can work

@@sadhguru_snapshots Hi Gaurav. Thanks for the reply. I checked and there is a limit on credit card. It should be a minimum amount of 5 Lacs and after that the application acceptance is on discretion of consulate. My friend showed a limit of 6.5 lacs and his application got accepted. Bank Statements are not accepted in case of Dependent visa processing.
@@sadhguru_snapshots I don't think there are any other option other than credit card. You can apply through multiple credit cards though. But I am not sure on that as well. Second option is that you travel first and wait for couple of month and then use your polish bank account statement to show the financial stability.

What kind of rent agreement is required for dependent visa?. Should it be from notary office or a simple agreement between tenant and owner on white paper will work for visa application?
Simple rent agreement on paper is enough. No need of notary

Hi. Thanks for the video. Very informative. Could you please shed more light on the requirement of financial proof. Not many banks provide traveller's cheque in Polish Zlotty. Is it ok to get a traveller's cheque in Euro or pounds. Please clarify.

Hi I have these following questions
1. do we need to show any bank balance for dependent visa?
2. Should I ask my employer to include my wife and kid name along in my invitation letter to apply dependant visa along with me?
3. My marriage certificate is a 3 page document (written on both sides). As it of type hindu marriage. Will this be accepted? If yes, will the apostille stamp at the last page sufficient?
1. Yes you need to show bank balance but i will suggest to get credit card and show its limit as its quite useful.
2. You can ask for Invitation letter from employer as its always advantageous document but there are very few companies only who provide such kind of letter to dependents.
3. You need to create marriage certificate from Indian government & make it apostille on the last page. Any handwritten document is not marriage certificate

As per new rules, you can all your wife on your Visa. Once you get TRC then you can update it as your file becomes more strong

Its qualifies for all who are dependent on you. Your non-earning mom dad are also your dependent

She cant work officially in poland based on dependent visa unless you are Blue card holder or any company is ready to provide her work permit

13 K PLN net or gross ? If its net then very good amount. 3K for rent, 3K for kid school and 2 K for grocery & all your bills. so you can save upto 5 K per month.

If you have type D visa then you apply for their dependent visa now also. Before your and your family’s visa expires you need to apply for TRC and then you can stay until the TRC is valid.

Public polish schools are free but all studies in polish language and english private school cost around 2500 to 3500 PLN and normally all Indian Childs prefer english school

Dependent visa got rejected stating insufficient funds. Can we just deposit money in newly opened polish bank account or should we have to show three months statement with the required balance?
I would suggest to take credit card in India and show this limit to proof your financial stability. At least 3 laks limit should be there

your bank details should be latest during your visa interview. Amount limit is depends on your case & employment. I would suggest to apply for Credit card and show this as well as supplementary documents of your financial stability

Here you will get all furnished flats only and cost will be around 2500 to 3000 PLN/month

You can call you dependent (Wife/Kid) even once you receive visa. As per new rules, no need of TRC for dependent visa.

There are job opportunities here but they prefer to shortlist candidates who are already in Poland (I am talking about people who are non Polish citizen, like us ) because not much visas are issued by the immigration office.

Friends is not your blood relative so you can not apply for dependent visa. You can apply for tourist visa once its started after Pandemic

Initially you only get visa for 1 year and if you have course more than a year then apply for TRC. This is standard process
