This is more innovative and beautiful than the shipping containers being developed here in the US! People need to stop sleeping on Africa. This is the future of real estate! Would they do design work for properties here in the US? I am sure the zoning and architectural aspects might have different requirements. I would love to work with them on upcoming projects.

Very informative, I didn't know Ghana was into shipping containers. I've been looking at homes in Africa. Affordable places especially in Ghana aren't really affordable from what I've been seeing. This is a great alternative. Some questions that you may want to clear up for us living overseas are 1-Would I own the property? Ghana from my research is more of a lease type ownership 2-does the price include the land or is this only for the buildout? 3-Where is the location? Their work is detailed, clean, professional and beautiful: you don't see the paint not lined up properly with the borders, the steps look cut evenly and all joining areas look finished. You showed another video which has containers as apartments and their work was unfinished and sloppy looking. Paying attention to detail is so important. Do they only construct containers in Ghana or do they ship- create containers in other W.A. Countries?
