И мне идея понравилась.Я только сделала бы по- другому: я бы соединила половину треугольников(то есть только четыре )из восьми вырезанных.Булочка будет, с моей точки зрения, меньше по величине и несомненно пышнее,так как содержит меньше слоёв теста.
Видео завораживает.., я не сразу опомнилась, чтобы поставить лайк, столько теплоты, какой-то ностальгии по прошлому, какие-то фильмы старинные вспомнились, эта мелодия, звуки…, волшебно..

Очень понравились весы , видимо антиквариат и деревянная лопаточка для муки. А ещё понравилось что нет суеты , плавные движения рук , и всё так просто и понятно . И не надо слов , только действие. Респект хозяюшке.

If you also let the dough to rest and rise one night in the fridge, will be easier to work with on the next day and the result after baking will be nicer. I a2baking this type of doug at 205 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes.

Beautiful, this reminds me of pastries that my mother made when I was young. I have a suggestion though. Some of your pastries were rising before you were finished forming the rest. This ended up giving you pastries of different sizes. Refrigerate the folded pastries until they are all folded, then give them another 15 minutes so that they are all the same temperature, then let them rise. 😎
Personnaly, I prefer doing pastries of different sizes to give the choice of a small, medium or big pastry depending of your appetite or your concern about consuming a little or a lot of calories. Thank you for this beautiful pastry. I will definitely try it soon, I'm dying to taste it.

Instant (Yeast - multiply Fresh quantity by 0.33, which comes to 6.6 gr. For Active yeast multiply quantity of Fresh Yeast by .04, which is 8 grams. Active yeast is very unstable, it could very well be dead, so make sure you proof it first and the temp of your liquid is between 105-110.

Я думаю, что перевели "Gebäck" как "печение ". В итальянской версии рецепта употребляли слово "pasticceria".

Perhaps the shaping was done slowly for the purpose of showing the method. In reality the shaping could be done much more quickly.

Instant (Yeast - multiply Fresh quantity by 0.33, which comes to 6.6 gr. For Active yeast multiply quantity of Fresh Yeast by .04, which is 8 grams. Active yeast is very unstable, it could very well be dead, so make sure you proof it first and the temp of your liquid is between 105-110.
