To reset the Xiaomi Mi Wireless Outdoor Security Camera 1080p Outdoor Receiver, follow these steps:
Locate the reset button on the back of the receiver. It is a small button that is recessed into the device.
Use a small object, such as a paperclip or pin, to press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds.
Release the reset button. The receiver will reset and the LED indicator will flash.
Wait for the LED indicator to turn solid, indicating that the receiver has been reset successfully.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions to set up the receiver again.
Note: Resetting the receiver will erase all of its settings, including the WiFi connection and any other configurations. You will need to set it up again after the reset.

Already solved.. solution was plugin the power energy cable to the wall, not to the USB of the router
