These guys are not only the real thing as music talent. They seem to be genuinely nice guys who appreciate and are responsive to fans. In the last few years, I sent a thoughtful message to their inbox, as one here who grew up with their music as well as used to help my pianist Mom play weddings by covering the Air Supply songs on piano. One of them directly responded to me with such a kind personal response. Seemed to be real, not a bot, or an assistant. Served to affirm my sense about them in watching their public appearances over the years. What you see is what you get, which is so rare nowadays. The world won't be as bright without them. So, may they continue to make their beautiful music for many more years to come.
I just saw them last week (March 2023) and they were off the hook. Russell Hitchcock’s voice sounded like he was still thirty years old. Their energy was amazing for being in their seventies. Just a great show. Catch them if you can!

It's wonderful but this is miles lower than the original key. Which is understandable bc those high notes were insane! As a classically trained singer, I could still never hit those notes in a belting chest voice! I love Air Supply bc they were one of my mom's favs! ❤

I was wrong. There is an even better version that I didn't know was there. Just this year, 2 months ago, September 6, 2024 . 40 years after the original 1984 recording. Totally unbelievable. Just watch the energy on that drummer. This is probably my favorite Air Supply song, though I love to sing along to Two Less Lonely People In The World. Can apply to my late wife a new potential girlfriend who I met recently. These guys have got to be older than me . I'm 77 and loved them back in the '80s.

There are those that sing great...and then there are those that are great performers....and then you have him that is great at both. His body motions.....his arm motions..was keeping the crowd not only in the music but become part of the song. Air supply was one of my first albums I bought as a child. I loved their music when I first heard lost in love and am 50 now and still love their music till this day. They are so talented and hard to find a band that can last as long as they have. God bless everyone.
Watched this concert Saturday night on VEVO. Loved it!! I felt like I was there. Spent most of the night watching other Air Supply videos as I can't seem to get enough. Born in 1977 myself, these guys are one of many groups I grew up listening to regularly. 40 years later their music is just as good as when I first heard it.
I was born in 1970 so I was a teenager when this song came out at the height of my romantic emotions. A few years ago I saw them play this live in New Zealand. I was lucky enough to be in a box seat on the mezzanine and during the chorus of this song the lead singer pointed at me and started copying my dance moves. Was one of the most magical moments in my life dancing in synchronicity with Graham Russell as he performed live. I touched the face of God that day!

I saw them live at Pine Knob in Michigan USA with my mom in 1998. They were unbelievable. Their live performance surprised the hell out of me. You get lost in their music.

I love both songs, because they are basically the same song. You could overlay the backing track for each and sing the different melodies. Doesn’t change a thing that they are both amazing, which they are!

I was wrong. There is an even better version that I didn't know was there. Just this year, 2 months ago, September 6, 2024 . 40 years after the original 1984 recording. Totally unbelievable. Just watch the energy on that drummer. This is probably my favorite Air Supply song, though I love to sing along to Two Less Lonely People In The World. Can apply to my late wife a new potential girlfriend who I met recently. These guys have got to be older than me . I'm 77 and loved them back in the '80s.

Born in 1977 myself, these guys are one of many groups I grew up listening to regularly. 40 years later their music is just as good as when I first heard it.
I was born in 1970 so I was a teenager when this song came out at the height of my romantic emotions. A few years ago I saw them play this live in New Zealand. I was lucky enough to be in a box seat on the mezzanine and during the chorus of this song the lead singer pointed at me and started copying my dance moves. Was one of the most magical moments in my life dancing in synchronicity with Graham Russell as he performed live. I touched the face of God that day!

I love both songs, because they are basically the same song. You could overlay the backing track for each and sing the different melodies. Doesn’t change a thing that they are both amazing, which they are!
...and Steinman first offered them to Meat Loaf, but his label didn't want to pay for them. Or so the story goes.

Saw them New Years Eve in Vancouver Canada at a dinner event many years ago … my wife and I were first to hit the dance floor and both Graham and Russel came down during the song and thanked us for getting the evening started … they are great songwriters who contributed to MANY babies being conceived back in the 80’s 😅
