Keep in mind this 4l engine pumps out 520 hp.The 5l engine on the mustang gt only makes 460hp. German engine vs american engine.

Does it gets any better than this? In my opinion, NO. This car has everything a sportscar should have, high revving naturaly aspirated engine, AMAZING sound, proper looks (especially in that colour, wing and rollcage), properly quick and everyday usability.
NeoHCgbz Thanks bro, and true. But again, those enhancements does not guarantee same driving pleasure. Look at how fast the automatic transmissions have become but people still yearn for the classic manual. And for the future of sports cars, well it does seems kinda bleak to be honest due to already strict regulations and an inevitable shift towards electric/hybrid, or even self driving car technology. I feel it will only go downhill from here, not in terms of overall performance, but driving pleasure. Again, this is subject to my opinion and I can be totally wrong. :)

I'm currently waiting for my 991.2 RS to arrive in January. I am a previous owner of the 991.1 RS so I'm looking forward to seeing/hearing/feeling the changes. I spec'd mine Lizard Green, non-weisach package, black rims with the green stripe, a few other goodies including green interior like the one in your video. I am going to add (aftermarket) 911 R black stripes. I think it'll look great and I'm very excited to see it and drive it! If you guys venture over to Calgary, you can take it for a spin :)

I've both. The 991.1 RS is undoubtedly a fast car, but the 991.2 is just more aggressive in wanting to take you to the redline and the engine screams at you. Its the only car I've ever had where I took it to the redline, then said to the passenger "Shit. Gotta do that AGAIN".

Great review gentlemen! I had an opportunity to drive this and a 570s on a track. The 570s was incredible; it was so fast, light, and gripped so well. However, I got out of it and wanted to go back to the GT3 RS lol. I absolutely adore this car! The noise, acceleration and transmission are so addicting. It's a dream car, for sure!

Not gonna lie. So many people have Porsches where I live that I didn't really think they were that special. They're about as common as an S Class, so the name brand thing didn't have much of an impact on me at all. But man these things can drive. It's amazing what those engineers have been able to do with a RWD, rear engine setup for so long
