This movie was PEAK!!! It was so good to watch this and I must commend their writing/story telling skills here because I do not get connected with characters this easily or show emotion. WOW. See you all in season 2! SET YOUR HEART ABLAZE!!! 🔥🔥

Kyojuro Rengoku might be only 20 years old and not that strong compared to other Hashiras but is everyone's favorite Hashira due to his great and warm personality and therefore everyone sees him as a cool older brother
And majority of them are older than him😂.

Sanemi,obanai,zenitsu are all immature but with their powers they have defeated/gave a tough fight to some of the top demons in this show.....

@@TooPiece most hashiras are between the ages of 18-23. (except 2 people aged 14 and 27)
We only know Rengoku for about two hours and everybody cried over his death. That showed how lovable Rengoku character is. The most touching part is his relationship with his mother. She said I was blessed to become a mother of a strong and kind boy like you. She said that on her death bed. And when Rengoku said I was blessed too become son of a person like you Mother. I lost it!! Because he said that moments before he died too. It hit hard. Really an amazing writing.
So far until now, Tanjiro was always positive no matter how difficult and how strong the demon he faced, even Rui. He never once gave up. But here we can see he really hit his breaking point witnessing Rengoku's death. We saw him kinda "giving up" I really like this scene, it is showing that our MC can be depressed and hit his lower point.
In future episodes, even Tanjiro get back on his feet, Rengoku's death really affecting him during his battle with demons, not only Tanjiro, but also Zenitsu and Inosuke. It is a turning point in their journey as demon slayer.
Rengoku’s life touched everyone and seems to be affecting everyone not being around anymore. The mother relationship portrayal, yes, that’s the most feels part. I can’t take that stuff 😭
"this is not what I wanted today" was strongly felt. I remember the complete shock, disbelief, and grief from when I first saw this
People just kept saying hype hype peak great movie I’m expecting sick animation and a good fight and yall had me crying on a good day man. I was thinking about the movie all day.
Oh ye, the s2 mugen train is pretty much the same but it's extended to multiple eps and has extra scenes. Main reason ppl dont talk abt it is cuz most ppl didn't watch it since we already watched the movie

@@TooPiece Technically the Mugen Train Movie/Arc was the start of season 2, so it was probably turned into a series afterwards in case people didn't watch the movie. The Mugen Train Arc series was released later, right before the Entertainment District Arc started. I would highly recommend checking out episode 1 of the Mugen Train Arc at least, since it's a Rengoku prequel episode leading up to the movie, and it's original anime-only content. ❤🔥

The scary thing is that akaza upper moon 3 was just playing around with rengoku to convert him into demon. If he had gone all out he would have killed rengoku a lot earlier including tanjiro inosuke and zenitsu. I am not disrespecting rengoku but its reality.

Dawg... y'all are blowing my mind right now. I was thinking they were on the same level and that Rengoku even was in top 3 of Hashira too, like an even fight. Akaza is even MORE beast and number 2 and 1 are incomprehensible at this point and we haven't even seen them fight. okay...

Bro, I was devastated when this man died. Everyone was crying. It was legit like someone actually died irl. LOL! Like, I was lowkey grieving for weeks. Hell, I'm STILL sad. Rengoku was everybody's big bro. We lost a real one.

It saddens me when I realize that we won't see him again in the next series. He might have a small screentime in the entire series of Demon Slayer. But he left big scars on us. I cried, sobbing, kicking, whimpering, wailing, and yawping.

Rengoku is not the strongest Hashira. You will see the power scaling of these Hashiras in future. Not a spoiler. But here is the list of strongest hashiras of the current gen of demon slayer corps.
1) Gyomei Himejima - The Stone Hashira
2) Shinazugawa Sanemi - The Wind Hashira
3) Iguro Obanai - The Snake Hashira
4) Tokito Muichiro - The Mist Hashira
5) Tomioka Giyu - The Water Hashira
6) Rengoku Kyōjurō - The Flame Hashira
7) Kanroji Mitsuri - The Love Hashira
8) Uzui Tengen - The Sound Hashira

46:10 at this point in time he's definitely top 5, possibly top 3. It's hard to judge because some of the hashira we dont see until after a huge training arc. One thing is hashira train brutally every day aswell, so even if we see a hashira 1 month later they are immensely stronger. But one irrefutable fact is that Kyojuro is the very embodiment of a hashira. Even if he isn't the strongest, he's the man you'd follow to battle and die beside no hesitation.
Now we're onto the entertainment district, the most intense thing you'll ever see in anime.
Hey that's an awesome detail about Enmu. I'll likely check out episode one as supplemental content once I catch up. That's insane about the Hashira but I'm glad that his spirit is an embodiment of what a Hashira is and remains respected and held in high regard. RIP to the man!
@@TooPiece There's also two spinoff novels called "The tales of flame and water", there's a rengoku gaiden of 2 chapters showing how Rengoku became a hashira, and a Giyuu gaiden showing 2 chapters of what Giyuu was doing after meeting Tanjiro & another joint mission with Shinobu. I doubt they'll make it into anime content so I'd recommend reading it
