in my opinion, i would find it easy to put douma's cryokinesis above kokushibo's cresent moon blade. his crystalline divine children (the clones) were said to have EQUAL power to himself and has all of doumas abilities. His ice clouds go specifically against breathing techniques since it freezes anyones lungs who try to use their breathing technique. and his buddha statue destroyed the entire of doumas castle, and basically, while heavily poisoned, nearly froze kanao's whole body. It is my opinion but douma's bda is above koku.
Koku outspeeds Douma by a mile in both movement speed and attack speed. Koku also has extreme regen so it wouldn’t freeze his lungs at all. Dude already has the mark so his body temp is already extremely high naturally and it stays that way since he maintains STW and his mark. The way Koku uses his BDA vs how Douma uses his cryokinesis makes Koku’s better, just because the user utilizes the BDA better
@vincentfarris i see what you're saying, but as a common enemy to the demon slayers, doumas cryokinesis is much more lethal to them. even the hashiras, they will basically be unable to use their signature breathing techniques without sacrificing their lungs. if douma and kokushibo were to fight, kokus bda would be superior, but to the demon slayers without a doubt does doumas bda works to a further extent than kokushibo's does. remember that douma can create 6 clones (in the manga were stated to have EQUAL STRENGTH), so that means he can create 6 more of himselves with the same abilities and strengths.

It's weird that you didn't mention Nakime and her infinity castle & teleportation. Her ability is by far the best support blood demon art in existence, yet so underutilized. Muzan could easily end the corp by utilizing her ability with his demon manipulation, but didn't. Why? idfk, he was just too stupid, I guess.

The top 5 demon blood arts that were overpowered but had stupid people using them: Nakime's infinity castle Yahaba's vector manipulation Douma's crykinesis Akaza's battle compass Gyokko's pottery Explanation: Nakime: She has the power to teleport ANYONE ANYWHERE by forcing them into the castle and then teleporting them outside the castle. Yahaba: Don't even get me started on this asshole... just google what vector manipulation is able to do. It is everything from creating railguns and force fields to insta killing people. Douma: Douma isn't stupid, but he doesn't try hard enough. We all know he is strong but imagine if he started a battle with his 7 clones and 7 giant ice buddhas. Akaza: He has the power to increase his combat speed to match the person he is fighting as long as they have a fighting spirit. Since Akaza is a demon, the human he is fighting will always run out of energy and slow down, giving Akaza an easy victory. Akaza has too much honor to take advantage of this fact tho. Gyokko: This man... This dumbass of a demon could have killed Muichiro like 3 times but every time he let Muichiro escape... His perfect form can turn anything he touches into a pile of fish. I highly disagree with Akaza, he basically no diffed everyone he fought with until Tanjiro and Giyuu. Even against them he would have won if he didn't kill himself, I'd even argue that his BDA is one of the weaker ones without Akazas fighting prowess
I feel like even though Kokushibo is stronger, Douma's blood demon art is stronger lol. I think most people would rather have Ice manipulation and if you had the crescent moon blades without being one of history's best swordsmans, Idk how effective it would be

If he did some of the type of vids they do I would probably never even watch anyone else outside of the storytellers like diavolo (go check him out for jjk if you haven’t heard of him btw). I think Nick is great and extremely entertaining. He may not get as deep into as scalers, may not even always be right, but there is something about him I prefer and I think it’s Nick himself! I definitely think yahabas demon art should be way higher. The fast that you literally can’t see them, and also just spread them out across an entire battlefield to make them basically impossible to avoid, and chain arrows together, means if he actually fought perfectly he could catch you with one invisible projectile and fling you into a sharp object, a wall, the ground, generally give whiplash by just changing your direction and potentially cause concussions, etc. Could have mentioned the fact that tanjiro was able to bend the arrows, but I feel like that’s more of a matter of Yahaba’s strength rather than the BDA’s capabilities. Maybe I’m biased cause arrow is my favorite bda but like, still

Which we see is the reason he hates zenitsu and is the reason he became a demon along with his teacher favoring zenitsu because zenitsu was able to master the 1st form of the thunder breathing while no6 was just good at the other forms of thunder breathing before he became a demon

For the people who want to spoil themselves (major manga spoilers): the demon art he didnt mention was tanjiro's, as when he died after killing Muzan, muzan gave him the remaining amount of his strength to tanjiro before both dying, in doing so, tanjiro becomes demon king tanjiro, but this was only a few seconds after tanjiro wss pulled back into reality thanks to kanao giving him the demon antidote, and of course nezuko's existence. So there you go (dont go replying to this comment saying "why would you spoil it dude?!" I warned you earlier sooo.. bye bye)

The most important thing to understand about the difference between Blood Demon Arts versus Demon Slayer breathing arts is that the “effects” of Slayer arts are purely imaginary whereas demon arts are not. In other words- “water style breathing strike” doesn’t actually manifest water around the blade. Lightning step doesn’t produce lightning. These things are just visual representation for the audience. On the other hand the demon arts do indeed create such manifestation. Yeah it kinda sucks tbh but it makes sense in a cerebral way.
Pretty sure you skipped the former lower moon who has drums in his body, from the arc where Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke meet. You missed Biwa woman too.
I feel like there potential in daki ability as my 3rd fav BDA if she could make her body lite like obi belts she could use the wind to make her fly or because she can wrap people in them she could de limb tanjiro arms or de attached nicherin sword daki could have ended that series early

Hantengu easily has the best bda. The amount of utility with it wild. Stronger demons could create more clones with better abilities.

The most important thing to understand about the difference between Blood Demon Arts versus Demon Slayer breathing arts is that the “effects” of Slayer arts are purely imaginary whereas demon arts are not.
In other words- “water style breathing strike” doesn’t actually manifest water around the blade. Lightning step doesn’t produce lightning. These things are just visual representation for the audience.
On the other hand the demon arts do indeed create such manifestation.
Yeah it kinda sucks tbh but it makes sense in a cerebral way.
