Kostas is a great guy. He parked next to me on 3.11.24 (the last good weekend of the season) and he was full of energy and just man full of life and joy! His Mezger 997 is such an amazing peace of machine. Loving it. Drove from Pflanzgarten to Dötinger Höhe with him and other BMW‘s and then he passed me. God for you Misha! So proud of you man! I'm not your oldest subscriber but I've seen enough videos to know that you get excited about driving certain cars that are truly custom and done well but I think this may be the first video I've seen where you are emotionally driven in this experience. From the feel of the car, the sound, the sunset everything really came together to create this beautiful moment from start to finish (not perfect because the wife wasn't there :D) and I was just so happy for you the entire video. I watched it from start to finish and could tell in the intro that you really enjoyed the drive and (kostas?) the owner, you could tell it was his baby. His friends, his colleagues and himself have contributed to making this amazing custom 997 over a long period of time and you can tell in his expressions it totally paid off and he couldn't be happier. Truly happy for you Misha. God Bless you brother you are an inspiration. With everything you have going on ( the N car race, custom aero etc) and what you have to surprise us with next year I'm just floored for you man! (pun intended!) God Bless you, your wife, your team and cheers to the future my friend!
those V12:s these cars have sound the best in all the road going cars in my opinion. they sound angry, performance. also some sex appeal. not many engines sound like that. if you like these sounds I suggest looking for Novitec F12/812 videos on youtube
There are very few cars which make me feel anything and this one does it on video. Misha, you really did this car the justice it deserves. Beautiful to watch and listen to!
Thank you Misha for this video. I own (or it owns me !) a 997.1 GT3 Manthey Setup with a full Akrapovic exhaust ... and it's a soooo rewarding car ... It's the first car I drive on a a track a little bit slower in other to enjoy the full emotions and feedbacks this car gives me ! Old school feelings with a precise hydraulic steering ... you can feel everything in your back, feet and hands. It's almost a 20 years old car, still quite fast and maybe the last real crazy Porsche if we remember what Porsche made in 24h of Nurburgring with the .2 RS (including Chris Harris and Co) A good and true feedback of this 2000-2010's icon of motorsports !
Funny, I just got out of my sim driving a 997 GT3 RS on Nordschleife during sunset and then this video popped up. That feeling when you drive towards the sunset at Schwedenkreuz is so good. Made me smile. And this video, the enthausiastic owner, the car, the sound and you lapping this beauty around the most beautiful track on planet earth made me smile too. what a fantastic video to end my day. Thanks Mischa!
so much love and great energy from the owner, you can feel though the video that he truly loves how this car is. totally enjoyed the ride, but so i did with the intro, nope, didn´t skip, just COULD NOT :D Thanks for sharing and not cutting it shorter.

It's a day late, but happy birthday Misha. Found your channel while looking for corvette material and it has been a great find for me. Thanks for sharing your experiences on the Nürburgring. Nothing else like it sir.
this intro was really good. it's common for the owners not to go into much detail about the car, maybe because they don't know as much, maybe language barrier or to not make the intro so long and get quick to the action, which i don't find wrong. i do think though that when you have special cars or (but especially AND!) if there's a very enthusiastic dude like this, you should totally make an extended intro, like this one. great content misha, beautiful scenery at that time of day, phenomenal car and superb driving as always. thank you.
This is a top tier video... Perfect car, just the right mods, epic track conditions and just the most awesome driving 👌🏼🏁 Props to the owner for being a true petrolhead

Quite possibly the most satisfying lap ever done by Mischa. The turn in, the sound, the shifts, the time of evening - pure perfection. Absolute legend of a car.
I took leave from iraq in germany, early 2009. I was headed to Heidelberg from Wiesbaden to see the Heidelberg castle. My rental was maxed out at 155 on the autobahn when i noticed tiny but ridiculously bright headlights bouncing way off in the distance of my rear view mirror. Second later, i look up again and the lights were almost in my back seat. I got the hell out of his way and he passed me like i was standing still. I didnt kniw exactly what it was but i knew it was a Porsche. About 20 minutes later i stopped to grab a bite to eat for the road and there it was, a gorgeous gt3 rs. I had no clue what i was looking at but it was gorgeous. The most spectacular Porsche i had ever seen. The owner was kind and spoke perfect english. He remembered me from a ways back and gave me some "friendly advice" while traveling the autobahn no speed limit sections. I wasnt a Porsche fan and still am not to this day but man that car was a work of art up close
The 997 is my favorite generation of 911. It's nice to see someone who shares the same passion for the car as I do. I know exactly what he means when he said he watched videos and read magazines about the car. Him mentioning and using RS 4.0 parts was the cherry on top.😁
