As a musician myself...this band is very good especially as a three piece...no song sounds the same but all are great...what this dude does with his vocals...change in timing...lyrics are solid...above average guitar player skill wise but plays with his gut which is more critical than being technically sound...if this was the 90s these guys would be household names...maybe sacralidge but in my opinion they are the best 3 piece rock band ever or any band ...yep I said it...you guys set the bar to another level for aspiring musicians...do what you do🤘(and stop with rush plz....they didn't write great songs and that matters)

Spot on review in my opinion! I think MCID was a step out of their lane and I wish they would do a blues album as I think they’d kill it! Starting to sound stale at this point but Sooooooooooo talented!

I'll give you an opinion-based comp. Stereophonics. Awesome 3 piece band, great music, underrated and underplayed. I love them. But, they're not the best ever.

A work friend met him in Omaha after a Sokol show. Said he was the most down to earth guy and he expected him to be a dick . Bought rounds back and forth for the night and just bullshited. He was just like a good friend you hadn't seen in awhile

this is actually their second album. For some reason they basically deny the existence of their true debut album from 2010. The album was self titled and in my opinion fucking fantastic. Even better than mister asylum. The first album has more of a ska sound. Type "highly suspect Gang Lion" into the search and see if you agree.

Okay...i was introduced to this song by a "friend" who goes by the name "Vanity" only because i recommended to her the song "Vanity" by The Smashing Pumpkins. I gave her possibly the greatest band in the history of music (Smashing pumpkins) and arguably the greatest singer/songwriter who ever lived (Billy Corgan) and in return she suggested this! 😝 indie pop rock boy band trash...i can totally see why so many dislikes (true music fans possibly?!) You would have to be smoking dope to actually think that this is good...but i "highly suspect" she is! 🤔(see what i did there! 🤣) people don't listen to music anymore!!! They only care about social media and aesthetics! Just look at most of the comment section! It's about the guy being stereotypically attractive, not actually a good musician...in society we root for some people to succeed despite obvious transparent flaws while we shun others who we don't find aesthetically pleasing to the eye who are possibly more talented and deserving...if this guy wasn't who the people in the comment section consider "desirable" this song WOULDN'T have as many views and it would be considered trash by most people's standards...this is 4 minutes and 52 seconds of my life i have wasted and will never get back! I even tried to be subjective and listened to the original version...which was worst!!!
