1) two stages of size separation (screens) but only a single outlet to the crusher. 2) motor is mounted near the ground and in the path of dust/debris. 3) far too many bearings, belts, and wheels for the function performed.
You made the trauma to run a lot of material and the outlet for Conn's small and the trauma and rock crusher is controlled by the same motor is probably gonna fail
Oversized rocks will go to the crusher directly, large rocks are big problem for the crusher thats why where working to add a electronic sorter that detects sizes before passing to the crusher

Grizzly out Fines, Feed the Jaw Crusher, Trommel result, sort for Course Results to Impact Mill Crusher! (Capture Trommel Fines separately!) Feed Dry Material, not Wet!

Where is the trommel oversized discharge. Entertaining,.. won’t work for very long, “no discharge”
