I really want to hate on the fact that this is over $4000/mth. The planning and execution are impeccable. The view is amazing. The use of space is phenomenal. The bathroom is gorgeous and spacious which is important for a big guy like me. I'm glad you asked to see it with everything extended too. This apartment is everything I would ask for as a minimalist and the view can't be beat. My only question would be: Is this feasible in an area that doesn't NEED to make the most of its space like NYC? This seems like something that wows because of its location. Like I said, $4000+ a month wouldn't fly in most of the US, but as population density increases I see the future value in this design mindset.

Wonder if a cat or dog was sleeping on it would it still retract in2 the ceiling. All the built-ins they've used are quality. I know it's Hudson Yards but omg the price. & if there's amenities in the building can the tenant use them? Sounds like they're renting from someone other than the actual building

That is my all-time favorite apartment. Everything is well thought out, and it's new and clean. The window seat would be my favorite place to relax. Love the views, and the neighborhood. I couldn't afford it, of course, but I certainly enjoyed the tour!

Hi wonderful Cash! ❤love your amazing videos! Love this apartment. This man needs to design tiny homes for regular people all over the USA! I buy one and I know other seniors who would buy one too if the price was reasonable!

4600 a month to live in a space just a hair larger than a prison cell is certainly an interesting choice.

Cash- No matter where you live it sounds like Oriliving can be a great choice for living small while still having it all. 😁
Great job! Enjoyed this episode a lot.

I like the interior but it's not worth. 1800$ for a fold up bed. and a moving closet.

I was thinking the same thing right before Cash said it, I would leave the office and the closet out. I really loved the compartmental feel

yeah, it's mostly for guests as two people would feel more cramped.

I would suggest turning the coffee table into the kind that can be adjusted to a dining table
