For this sniper challenge, just get to the vault the same way from the previous video. Then you need to get the document and give it to the reporter and then go all the way back near the interview room to wait for your target. Once she comes out it's an easy kill, just make sure you close the door of the interview room since you don't want the npcs inside to see you.

For anyone wondering how to do this without Atena's body being discovered: After shooting her take a few shots around her bodyguard and he'll star to run to your position . All you have to do then is take the core and run for it

A small note, if you shoot at the door of emergency exit with the sniper to kill the target you can escape almost immediately as it is very close to the firing area, a greeting and GG
No need to infiltrate the office area. After securing the core, go to the lobby entrance and snipe the clock panel. Go back to the vault and grab the van key from the sleeping guard. Then extract from parking lot. This approach is faster.
Lue Ingram I did the same thing but brought both briefcases (core and sieger) to that lobby area one by one, shot her and left with the core - somehow got no evidence lmao

Yep. I just replicated this and the target's body and a guard's body were both found and I still got SA.

@@AngryLittleGnome Tranquilizer gun, chloroforms or knock out caused by the fire extinguisher explosion, wet floors are count as accidents so you still get Silent Assassin. THANKS TO @AJ Nguyen Gaming

How dis you get SA if Athena savala s body was found?
I tried this the guard she is with goes into the room to check on her before I can reach the entrance... any advice ? A lot of stuff happens like this when I try your methods it’s really frustrating especially this instance I get to the end of the hit and i see the SA toggle green to red

I just shot her from the entrance through the chandelier into the clock. If you're fast enough, you can exit before the game registers the body found.
So did you get the data core first, then?
@@BelleVanSchijndel yeah, had it in a suitcase. With a suitcase (sniper inside), lockpick and a scrambler, unpack the rifle in the entryway and place it as far back as possible, then go to the left right away, lockpick the door, then scramble the door leading down to the vault. Lockpick the cabinet next to the security room, get the chloroform, poison the AC, go into the security room, destroy evidence, scramble the vault, get the core, put it in suitcase, go back the way you came, sit next to the door, and just wait for her to show up in the window. The second you shoot her, grab the case and book it.
How entertaining is the video when you’ve mastered the map, have everything timed perfectly, and beat it flawlessly. Post a video when you played it for the first time.
That's the point of HITMAN, you replay the level many times to find different ways to kill the target. Don't like this type of game? Then don't play it or any stealth game that require trials and error.

the tranquilizer dart counts as poison and if a body is found and you used poison it is still SA

Did they change it? Can some bodies be found without loosing SA? I know accident kills don't, but knockouts?
If the tranquilizer gun is used it counts as a poison knockout which does not count against you.

There's still the question of how he managed to snipe the target in the head, have her body be found and still get SA though.
AngryLittleGnome - I’m thinking since no guards see the actual killing take place in front of them, it doesn’t count the same as if they witness the body drop to the floor. Just a guess.

Could someone please explain this part to me? I don't know what 47 showed that woman.
He showed her the files from "The Expose" opportunity. Just follow that opportunity, and make sure to bring a lockpick to get the files.
It's from the Exposé mission story. Get the files from the deposit box and deliver it to her, the stock market will then crash and force Athena out of the clock tower. This is the best way to whack her.
Its part of the story for the level. Essentially she's an undercover investigator for a news channel and you're giving her a document containing all the shady dealings the bank has been into. After a short while the target realizes that the banks stocks are plummeting and she leaves her office to yell at her stock brokers on the floor below. Soon after she moves to a side room to make a private phone call on her cell phone which is the location where the player sniped her in the face. This path along with another path to a bathroom on the same floor (following emetic poisoning) are really the only pathing options for this target. As such the number of locations where you can effectively snipe the target is extremely limited.

Go to the playstation store, search Hitman. All the different Hitman downloads will be there (Game, DLC's, add-ons). Scroll to the New York one n download it from there. We also have the special missions download you'll find there too. I had the same issue. I forgot that it happens if you go to the store from the game. Instead go straight to the playstation store from home screen and do it that way. Hope that helped.

You need to complete the challenge "The Classics 1", which tells you to complete every season 1 mission on professional difficulty with:
-Silent Assassin
-Suit Only
-Silent Assassin Suit Only
-Sniper Assassin
-No Evidence
You need to have the GOTY Legacy Pack DLC to be able to do this
P.S. If you do this on Master difficulty you'll also get the suit.

How does Diana see what 47 is doing? Is she a fragment of his imagination? Does he have a body cam? Is he an android and was never a clone?

The intro affects timing a little bit. Also it gets repetitive real quick.
I just tested this out on PS4 Master difficulty as of August 5th when the guard finds Athena's body I lost my "no bodies found" and lost Silent Assassin ranking. I can also confirm that at this time using the chloroform in the AC vent when all 4 guards are in the guard center by the vault results in a body found and loss of SA ranking as well. AJ shot this like 2 updates ago and he was on PC so those are the variables between his run and mine, but as of today this method does not work for PS4.
Chloroform knockouts don't void SA rating. It's like a poison kill for knockouts.

@@_._---. So this is SUPER late reply but they patched it. Two years ago at the time of my comment after a bug introduced by a patch it DID void SA in that situation.

did you know you can do the same BUT instead at the start run to the bathroom to your Right and grab the fire extinwisher and put it next to someone and wait a minute until Atena Comes up to the window and shoot the fireextinwisher and wait until it explodes and then shoot her and then get the and money van keys and put the core in the suitcase

There was a change not too long ago so that NPCs knocked out by sedative poison could be found without failing Silent Assassin. The tranquilizer just so happens to be loaded with sedative darts, which he used on the sweater guy at 6:22. I can't explain 9:17 though, since she was clearly shot with a sniper.
Does that also apply to NPCs you have subdued (like knocked them with a hammer) or just to NPCs that are sedated with poison or sedative darts?

You just run the mission enough times and figure out routes and stuff. That's pretty much the whole gameplay loop.

What's going on at 9:00? Are you wearing an invisibility cloak or what? How do I unlock it?
The guards are standing on a very thin line between trespassing and no trespassing. As long as you don't run, they will not react and by the time you pass them you will be out of the trespassing zone. You can do this in many location such as the checkpoint in Marrakesh and the attic door in Paris.
@@blackT1E Can confirm you can do this when running too.
He's not allowed to be in that location however directly past the guards he is allowed to be. So in this instance he was well past the guards before any alert status was achieved by the guards. However if you listen to that part of the video you can clearly hear a split second when the guards did in fact react to him leaving a restricted area. Since Hitman 2's release the vision cones of guards was significantly limited to reduced the probability of NPC's having "godlike" peripheral vision. Although a play like this would have been possible in the previous iteration of the game, it's made exceptionally easier now. With that being said its really pointless anyways as if they were to catch him they would just escort him 5 inches to the stairwell where he's allowed to be anyways.
I really like your videos but I hope you use the 47’s suit more often it’s much more basass and feels like a real hitman gameplay
You can just spawn into the entrance and sniper her through the clock and immediately leave for SOSA. I was wondering why you were going through all this additional leg work.
