My 2013 INT 4300 maxxforce DT has a code of SPN 164 FMI 3 and the ICP reading on my scanner is 36947.91psi what can cause this high reading but what's funny is the truck starts up fine it does feel like its losing power on take off.
@@dairleautoclassicrestorati6892 thank ya brother. I put a new water pump on my truck. I’ll have to check if I put the pump on with hole facing down. If not I’ll probably just leave alone and keep an eye on it.
This is exactly what I got going on in my international. I'm going to replace it myself, are there any tips or tricks diagram I need to know for installing the belt correctly? I just don't want to put it on wrong
@johnwilliams3836 I understand exactly how you feel. First, take a picture of the right side area at the Alternator and A/C and Tensioner. Put the new belt around the Fan and next the Crankcase Pulley. After that just follow the photo.
I have one last question, just went to the dealership with the part number and they quoted me $250 for the part. Is this current? Or should I look elsewhere
I found the video as you recommended. I’m going to give it a shot this weekend. I’ll let you know how it goes. Thanks!!!
Good deal! 👍🏽
Does it matter if the propellers are plastic or metal.
@johnb2930 Good question, no Sir it do not matter.
@@dairleautoclassicrestorati6892 Thank you
Do you have to remove all the water?

Just a question. Why does the hole on the water pump need to be toward the bottom?
It's really called a Weep Hole. It's purpose is to warn you when or if the Pump Seal has fail. Facing the bottom will give it a clear leak.
