The 2-135, 2-155 and 2-180 had the strongest drive train of any tractor on the market when they were built. Ring gear is 20" in diameter with 4" of gear tooth contact. I think they could probably handle 250 HP.
I love the white's, but the greatest tractor ever made is the one that does what you ask of it day in and day out without costing and arm and leg. In your case it's the 2-135 White. awesome tractor!
I had a 1655 1650 1855, 1850 1855 and 1855 1955 285 to Auto 052005 285 white tractors they always treated me good they were really good on fuel very dependable
@@leuenbergerdairy6038 Haha. A you trying to pick a fight!!!! Who wants to pay extra for green paint! Dont get me wrong I really like your tractors and I think the white field boss is very good but like you say everyone has their favourites. I can also recommend the Leyland tractor range a bit basic but solid dependable machines. The engines were used in jcb diggers for a very long time!
I have never driven a white but in my opinion the 40 series john deeres were the best. Have a 4240 with over 20K hours and has never had anything more then a hydraulic pump and minor leaks fixed. Our 4440 has over 17K hours and hasnt had anything but a paint job and cab kit. All in all, as long as you take care of it it will treat you very well in return.
Yes sir! See you got a new video out! I’ll be watching that here later when done with chores! But we are supposed to get a good storm tonight with 50-60 mph winds and gusts up to 80 maybe! Was tornados just south of us a couple days ago so hopefully we don’t get anything that bad!
We have a 125 workhorse bumped up to 150 that has the 5.9 Cummins! Our 140 2wd has the 5.9 Cummins too putting out 174 hp! But nothing that big would love a 195 workhorse!
Yes you can. Agco can get you some and there are many Facebook groups that can get you things as well. Big place in Ohio has a lot of things for whites and Oliver’s
@@leuenbergerdairy6038 Ok....... When we added the cooler on our 97 power stroke we added one.... My Son Use to Drag race Electronic controlled fuel injected turbo cars...... We had thermo couples in each cyl exhaust.... He Adjusted the fuel map, individgual cyl timing, and a whole bunch of other things, off cylinder exh temps..... We never became bad, but the bad respected us
Any tractor with power and no electronics is a great tractor.
Yes very true!
We had Olivers and Whites in the 60s-80s. 2255 Oliver was a workhorse. Had a White 9700 combine late and it seemed like a monster. Enormous.

Man has owned multiple copies of every tractor ever made, and is fully qualified to make sweeping statements! *slow claps*
Easy bud. I’m way over qualified! That’s why I made said statement! Kick rocks
A absolutely sharp looking machine too
Thank you!
Field Boss for a reason!...great tractors.
Very true! They sure are!
Just like my grandfather's still my favorite.
Very awesome!

Interesting video.
It's a fine tractor but I am afraid the best tractor in the world is a Massey ferguson!!!!
Thank you! We are all entitled to our own opinion! But just glad you didn’t say John Deere!

My grandfather had a the 105, he bought it used, Del Monte Farms run it for a few seasons then sold it. it was a fun tractor to operate.
Very awesome! Sure are nice tractors!
A cool tractor indeed!😁👍
Yes sir! I may be biased saying it’s the best lol 😂

Will do. Tornado watch until 11 pm! Was 71 here today! Been weird weather today!
They are great tractors and look good doing it. L T W
Yes they are!
Awesome tractor
Thank you!
I agree! I'd rather run my 135 than anything else
For sure!
great machines
They sure are!
Do u have any MFWD whites like a 170or 180 with the big Cummins in them... those things are power house's on wheels almost

Can you still find parts for them ?
Yes you can. Agco can get you some and there are many Facebook groups that can get you things as well. Big place in Ohio has a lot of things for whites and Oliver’s
I like the white tractors, but not sure about parts for them now, dealers are far and few..at least deere and case have dealers everywhere..
Can get things at agco and some dealers have stuff yet! Also Facebook groups are always a good place to ask for things!
Dealers everywhere, but they suck
The big gauge hung on the dash............that factory?
No it isn’t it’s an added on exhaust temp gauge

Pity this video has muzak instead of engine sound - visuals were good though
Sooooo saddd… to bad there isn’t many more videos with engine sounds 🙌🏼
More of a red guy myself, but I do like the looks of those whites 👍👍
That’s alright nothing wrong with that! But very glad you can enjoy the look of the whites!
Another red guy and them whites are slick just like the olivers. Great video
That’s alright! But yeah they sure to look sharp! Thanks for watching!
I. Have. White. Tractors. Like. Them. Good on. Fuel
Good deal!
Worst music I've never heard ... best music is the sound of Hercules pls 😮
Sorry!
@@leuenbergerdairy6038 need to hear the Perkins roar ... your welcome . It wasn't meant as rude just so you know 😉. Or Cummins ? Love the White
@dwynepen7626 I understand! Once I started I loved the music but now I’ve been cutting back the music more recently!
