- In this video, I'll show you how to make Methi Thepla, a traditional and healthy Gujarati flatbread made with fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) and whole wheat flour. This delicious recipe is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or even a quick lunch. Pair it with yogurt, pickle, or chutney for a complete meal!
Ingredients:
Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
Whole wheat flour
Spices: turmeric, cumin, red chili powder, and coriander powder
Ginger and green chili paste
Yogurt
Oil
Steps:
Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
Roll the dough into thin flatbreads.
Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) with a little oil until golden brown.
