I love this and I'm only 3 minutes in!! This South African misses the magical Bay Area so much! I can't wait until I'm back this year. Much love to your beautiful family. I was living in the Bay when I took my first online Breathe & Flow class (Flo was leading it) I had never taken a yoga class that challenging and grounding at the same time. It was magic I tell you. Just over 2 years later and I'm still here and still loving it and recommending your classes to everyone I meet. My wrist is messed up so taking a break from the hardcore things you offer right now, but I'm still here for all the stretches and gentle practices and now your playlists on Spotify in the background too. A dream of mine is to attend a yoga class held by you both in person. Whether that's meeting you in my home country (come to Cape Town!) or meeting you when you're next in the Bay. Thanks for doing incredible, authentic, life-changing work. We appreciate you out there, if you couldn't tell.

I didn't know you guys live in Vegas now. I lived in Henderson by Anthem area for 12 years and I got tired of the heat and moved back to Virginia. Have you guys been to Mount Charleston? Very good hiking area and if you get a chance drive to Utah and visit Zion park. It is amazing (you probably have to rent a cabins).

It is real sad to see “yoga people” use one way coffee cups….especially when drinking in! Why? Should we not all be pulling at the same rope to stop this kind of consumption? Unless Phil’s offers ceramic cups I would actually boycott Phil’s.
thank you very much for sharing your thoughts, and in addition for being zero waste and living vegan. there are so many takeaways in this video and it is a bummer that this is the only thing you take the time to publicly comment on. it is however incredible that this is a cause for sadness in your life because this means all other areas must be already superb. definitely a standard of living to strive towards even for us as "yoga people". this local coffee shop does not allow your own mugs at the moment, which is a temporary thing we assume (due to the past two years, and they're sure happy to have survived that time as a local business), and instead only uses their recycled paper cups for hot and cold drinks and no straws for their customers, unlike other bigger as well as smaller coffee houses. great progress for sure, but no perfection, which may not be the goal whatsoever. we're excited to enjoy a coffee there once or twice a year when we visit california and will not boycott it. great if you do because then there is a shorter line for us 😉🙏
i understand the critical viewpoint on the cups. paper cups are better than plastic ones, but still trash.
imo your vlogs are lovely, however it should be okay to criticize. your reply sounds so angry, cynical and so different from the bre and flo in your yoga videos where you teach loving-kindness.
