"You have killed 9 people, injured 13, destroyed at least $500 000 of public material and property and stolen a pen. What do you have to say?" "I didn't steal the pen, this is a blatant lie"
That's why small nitpicks should be avoided when exposing someone, cause they grab into them to refute the credibility of the videos It's disgusting how many times people grab onto "not stealing the pen" kind of arguments
Dogpack also forgot to mention that the contestant who won the chocolate factory video was GORDON RAMSAY'S nephew, and gordon was the judge for THE FINAL CHALLENGE in the video. Edit: Another contestant from the chocolate factory video was chris's cousin💀 (Source: Dogpack404 in XQC's stream)
Yeah, how can they make such a bad debunking? The only thing that this does is bring more attention and doubt; at best it comes off as uninterested and at worst as manipulative. They would've been better off by either ignoring the controversy at all, or going full cross-examination, this just looks bad.
On that topic: Animal Trainers exist, as a result so do trained animals. They can be hired and would be by definition a paid actor. That would be the obvious choice since they are safer to handle and be around. The Bad thing is only if they are suggested to be wild. The deception is the problem, not the arguably logical choice to hire an animal actor.
That comes off as an implicit admission of guilt like how they edited that pizza delivery guy video to remove the Shadman drawing of Keemstar's daughter once the Kris Tyson stuff started coming out. Especially since Jimmy still had said artwork up on their apartment wall in a later video when he said Chris moved out.

Well, I think the question is more, is the animal an actor or just a random animal, as in, was he specifically trained to do whatever he did or not. By that definition, every animal on TV or another production should be a paid actor, because ethically, the owners of the animals should be paid and the animal cared for...
@@musicfriendly12 I think you're mischaracterizing what he's saying. A person filmed at an event for a documentary is not an actor. As they are observed and not put their by production. Same with an animal. Not every animal is an actor, only one purposely put there. He's saying Mr. Beast paid someone to have their "pet" (which would be familiar and comfortable around humans) put in their video for that one scene. Thereby, making the racoon a paid actor. Not every animal is owned, some are wild.
The fact that the guy only attempted to refute jokes and minor claim, and the fact that he outright tried to character-assassinate Dawson are quite telling.
Dawson got fired for being an alcoholic and showing up late to work after a month working for Mr beast. He didn’t even finish working on a single video. He’s not exactly a reliable source.
@Apsmne still doesn't change the fact that jimmy's response was just bad af. If Dawson is really as unreliable as people say he is, then it should be really easy to properly and systematically debunk his claims.
@@ApsmneShsbshu And the guy "debunking" is even MORE unreliable lmao, because he ignored all the actual points that had evidence, and he responded to jokes. So it doesn't matter if the claims are all sh*t, if he can't even reply to the worst ones, then he knows they're guilty.
Zero "debunking" was done. Debunking REQUIRES receipts. His post is just REFUTING and giving "Trust me bro" replies. Looking WAY more guilty because of that alone.
The accusations are also just complete "trust me bro" without any actual evidence. Guy worked there for barely a month but apparently knows all about every single production made across several months? Yeah right.
@@TheNPC_ yeah but while some of it is conjecture some of it is just in plain view and hes pointing it out, like employees winning "random" lotteries and such
I think it holds far more credence than people give it credit. Saying, in black-and-white, that you did not commit fraud and/or other crimes when you're working for a billion-dollar company is more than enough to put yourself in danger when it turns out you lied. Because then it's much harder to prove negligence instead of intent. I would argue that this is a solid first step (which is literally what journalists do when a story breaks -- ask for the suspect's side of the story. Evidence might take longer, but it does speak loud that there is immediate pushback instead of a "no comment".
@TheNPC_ But it's the fact that someone who is currently working with and is actually trying to refute also relies on trust me bro evidence. It's stoopping down to his level but it's the fact that you really shouldn't have to also that the guy completely misses the point of some accusations, so they didn't even read them right before responding which isn't a good look for someone defending their own org.
wtf did you actually watch the accusations? they are exactly same level of proof.. pure blabla. No judge would even listen to the dude after the first 10 "facts" he stated
you would EXPECT that after this shitstorm, the team would have some sort of company-wide announcement to stfu or not engage with it. all this goes to show how much they’re panicking rn. which makes these claims even more likely to be true
Kris didn't single handedly cause the downfall. The ex employee was already working on the video claiming Mr. Beast was a fraud and with what happened with the amazon Beast Games it was bound to happen. The Chris things just really made things worse for him.
Probably would’ve been less notice without that situation first lol It was the perfect set up for a strike, Hit him at his weakest when he was already tryna run damage control on something else 😭 I’m sure the dude who made the video must’ve felt it was divine intervention for the absolutely golden moment it gave him lmao😂

"Debunking" it is a good move if you want to target the people that didn't watch the video : it make the original author stupid by claiming that and subtract credibility to the video, and if you watched it, you just think the post lacks a sense of sarcasm, you have more to gain by saying that than losing (PR talk)
You are 100% spot on. Most people will not watch this video now because it's been "debunked". Now there's gonna be a video that debunks the debunk video and Mr Beast will respond by debunking the debunkers. Mr Beast could have come out himself and said that what Dog pack has said is not true or he could have said Dog pack is exaggerating.
Immediately the first point is misleading. Dogpack, the guy who accused Mr. Beast of rigging his shows, said that most of the contestants were friends and families of the EMPLOYEES of Mr. Beast (which isn't a claim he refutes btw). It doesn't matter how many people Jimmy knows, but how many people are employed. And considering how many corporate jobs nowadays need you to have links with people in the industry that you're working in, it's safe to say that an employee of an INFLUENCER can realistically know a lot of people and have friendly relations with them. Dogpack even proves this is true with the boys vs girls video. It also amazes me how the guy didn't even deny that Mac was a secret employee. And the way Asmon completely dismantled the defense for the boys vs girls video, 10 minute video and the phone giveaway was perfect. Also, he (Chucky, not Asmon) didn't argue against the ILLLEGAL LOTTERY, USING CHOCOLATE TO GET CHILDREN INTO GAMBLING, FALSE ADVERTISING THE CHOCOLATE AS HEALTHY WHEN IT WASN'T and the FAKING SIGNATURES allegations. And then calling Dogpack (aka Dawson) a hypocrite. WTF?!
bruh there were 8 fckin employees that had to fill in last second because some contestants had covid, nothing was proven. The "Illegal Lottery, Getting Children into Gambling" is Shady af, but hella fucking overblown. Its not that fucking deep, having products that offer potential prizes isnt something new in the sweets industry, the chocoalte wasnt advertised as healthy, just healthier because there was less junk inside. The Faking signatures wasnt proven whatsoever, there was a single clip shown where a mr beast employee does a joke on camera and signs as Mr Beast and that is it. The Requirement of proof is on the accuser, not the defendant
It won't work. They will deflect and dissociate from that disaster with plausible deniability. THIS, however, is pretty much shows how their enterprise is rotten to the core. After this is known worldwide, we can pursue the how involved with Kris situation they were.
Most big TH-camrs are not going to cover the pedopart due to the fact that they can get demonetized just for even mention it even if bringing out facts but I think it does need to be talked about
The funny thing is the first “debunking” claim is in fact more incriminating. Saying that random people are signing up for these videos expecting a chance to win not knowing they are surrounded by payed employees and that the game is actually scripted is the EXACT problem pointed out in the Og video. And is literally a criminal offence
I'm more of a neutral side on this because i had no expectations to mr beast but it irks me when someone debunk a well made let's say "theory" without even watching the theory. Because if the chuck(?) guy did he wouldn't be brave enough to tweet that, it was either he didn't watch it or he is goddamn idiot for speaking up and no in-between. It wasn't my concern whether the dawson guy lied or not but chuck guy attitude piss me off
did you notice a funny thing about the couple of youtubers that got the chocolate ticket? She said "thank you for picking us jimmy" and he corrected her INSTANTLY and told her it was random. If this was just a light comment that meant anything, be it a joke or just a tiny misunderstanding, he probably wouldnt have corrected her, assuming it was just a figure of speech and trying to say something nice to mrbeast, or at least he would have corrected what she said slower and calmer than that. But the way he corrects her is almost as if he's on edge, like, you can tell he is SUPER aware that its supposed to be "random", thats the only reason why you would correct someone so fast on a so irrelevant detail that could have been a figure of speech or anything else. To me, that instantly proves it, he had a conversation with mrbeast or someone related to mrbeast, and they told him he was gonna receive a ticket but it was very important to act like it was random. He probably then told her girlfriend and she forgot about it being a secret or directly didnt think it was a big deal so she wasnt focused on that, but he was very focused on that. If it were really random and you were really surprised, you wouldnt be quickly correcting that in fact it is random as if it was the most important part of the conversation you know? PD: Im gonna put this also up here just in case hey guys you make good points on your answers, just remember that i was just being curious and thinking a little bit about it. The situation could as well not fit at all with what my conclusion was, im not saying its 100% what happened, just that its one of multiple possible outcomes. Respectfully his whole livelihood has been dependent on people believing that they’re real. I’m not saying if the vids are real or not, but there has been speculation of fake videos for a while. And now that people think they’re fake he’s being cancelled. It makes sense why he’d be afraid of that
To be fair, I think saying ‘thank you’ is a possible reaction to have, even if you win a lottery, and him pointing it out as random isn’t indicative enough to prove it’s fake.
Why isn't Dr. Beast responding to these allegations himself? Why did he ask his assistant to do it? Because he wants the assistant to take the blame if people don't like this response.
No. Because he is prone to saying things that might make the situation worse, thats why in cases like these, you should have your lawyer or someone acting as your 'official respondent' to respond on your behalf. A good example is dr. disrespect. If the doc just let his lawyers handle his controversy and he remained in the shadows then his career wouldnt be in flames right now.
We need to scrap slangs all together. The amount of "brainrot" on social media is insane. Children I see nowadays can't even walk without a device distracting them. It's depressing.
The odds they would pull the "magic ticket" out of 500 boxes is 0.0000000000000000001% bro. Get real. Astronomically low odds of that happening. How you could easily see it happening is wild, lmao. And THEN the influencer guy WINS the chocolate factory. BRUH.
When she said "thank you for choosing us, Jimmy" that happened ON the live stream, they didn't have the option to choose to retake it. Your argument against that being a Freudian slip debunked.
Just because the odds are low doesn't mean it's impossible for it to happen. If you want to claim that it's rigged, you need concrete proof, not just pointing to the low probability. Remember, they could have bought a lot of boxes since they have the financial means to do so, which would increase their chances. Dismissing it as fake without evidence isn't a strong argument and can undermine your credibility. This kind of rational thinking is what you should do instead of having bias towards the argument or the accused person in that argument.
He never said you had to be family or friends of Mr Beast himself. He said you have to be family or friends with someone who works at beast - which I'm assuming beast is the company as a whole. The company has around 250 employees. So, if you take family + friends, which may also incorporate family of friends... you're looking at a lot more than a dozen people. With that initial "debunk" skirting around what was actually said... yeah, it goes to show what the rest of it will be like...
He said it as a throwaway line in the very beginning, then took 20-30 minutes to get to what he meant by that. The video is well-paced and entertaining as a video, but much of what makes it entertaining (jokes) makes it more easily to defend against.
@@solanumlycopersicum5594 Yeah, all the jokes throughout the video make it a lot easier for the MrBeast team to defend against it. This tweet by Chucky though is just awful and is a bad attempt at misdirection. And I'm honestly really curious as to why they let go of Dogpack/Dawson, or if it was Dogpack/Dawson that didn't want to stay, because he easily showed that he's skilled in front of a camera, though his deadpan manner of speaking probably would have never meshed well with MrBeast's crew. Although from the bits in the video, I'd have to guess that Dogpack/Dawson didn't work on any MrBeast videos directly and was probably working on the merch, feastables, and so on side of the MrBeast company.
@@devious9113 This is another detail of that "refutation". In the beginning they say he was "fired". In the end, they say his 90 day test period on the job was up, and he was simply not employed. In regards to the creator who won the ticket and eventually the factory giveaway. He didn't buy that box at a store, it was mailed to him, and he received texts and phones from the crew trying to confirm that the package arrived at his house. If they truly picked a random person, why would they do that? Would it even be a consideration that a random person's shipment might get stolen and then a different person would claim the ticket? Did they do this for all the other contestants? Extremely important questions that likely indicate at the very least that him being selected was staged. Yeah, the box of chocolate was mailed to them directly. The box was already opened and taped back together, they even say so in the video. This suggests the box was not factory sealed and someone at the company replaced a regular bar with the ticket bar. Further more, there were only 7 bars in the box not 10 like the box says. Let's say a prosecutor presents 100 pieces of evidence, and the defense picks 2 pieces and focuses solely on those 2 things. Those 2 things are irrelevant because there is a preponderance of evidence that has not been refuted. This is the basis of the majority of courts on earth. Throwing the baby out with the bath water is an argument fallacy. Doesn't matter if 1 point out of 1,000 can be refuted. Period.
Yeah for sure, but it works to convince the majority that didn't watch the video : the tweet wasn't targeted to those that analysed it, it was targeted to Mr Beast's fan to pressure the guy. Bet it will backfire in a few weeks if not days seeing the amount of new informations we have every day for at least a week now
The only problem with your analogy is that this isn't a court and the allegations where made without any concrete proof and based mostly on speculation. The video's "pieces of evidence" are mostly comments or posts made about mr beast, together with amateur analyzes of body language saying how "it was obvious they were faking" or "it it obviously rigged". I am sorry to say, but to analyze body language and reach such strong conclusions shows me that video only serves to convince people of what they want to see and, in my opinion, there shouldn't even have been a post by this employee, because there is simply noting to address, no piece of evidence to debank.
Debunking the fraud allegations: Responding to 30 seconds of an hour long video detailing carefully planned fraud, scamming, and taking advantage of children for profit. Trying to defend any of this is just top tier scumbag behavior.
"Detailing" is a strong word for speculation based on comments, messages and amateur analyzes of body language. Fisrt off, there is no fraud, if there was, any of his competitors would already have opened a case against him, the scamming allegations are based on comments and messages left on the internet and are laughable. Finally, "taking advantage of children for profit" basically consists in: chocolate is bad, mr beast sells chocolate, mr beast is bad. Any other mention about his branding being false or fraudlent is plainly wrong, his competitors woud have already jumped at it if there was any substance to the allegations. The part about his prizes for buying feastables being hard to apply to if you don't buy the chocolate also is laughable, this is not a crime nor imoral in any way, or do you expect for all prizes to go to a group of a few people who flood their company with applications to try to game the system?
I don't remember him saying that you wouldn't be in a video. I remember him saying you won't win anything unless you are a Mr. Beast employee or friend. Being in a video and winning something are two different things. Jimmy is just doing what MSM does all the time.

That was pretty well proven in that guys video.
"The train is CGI..." bla bla bla. The dude in the video literally used that argument as a point that the more realistic videos they do are either rigged, filled with behind the scenes editing or with _actual paid actors._ I'm much more inclined to believe an old employee who took shoots, missed some marks but showed some really sketchy shit than a current employee who's nitpicking arguments in favor of his own narrative. You don't get to pick what you defend against and shift the attention away from the actual point the guy was trying to make. Besides, my main issue with all this is the FOMO based business practices - lotteries, the whole thing about "do this to win that", etc. It's a miracle they don't have problems with the FDA (I think it's FDA in the US?). I couldn't care less if they fake their videos.

Anyone else think it’s weird that Mr beast was using his channel to gift his friends cars, money and homes way before he started to give it to fans. He took care of his people made themselves rich then made the channel bigger when he started giving it away to fans. Over all I think that Jimmy at the end of the day is a business guy, the Mr beast brand is a business and the only reason he created his charities was to garner sympathy and traffic to his channels. While what he does is for good causes, he didn’t do it out of the goodness of his heart he did it because he knew his branding would grow. Dude played the capitalism game perfectly

He also addresses the criticism that, "all this stuff is for entertainment, so why does it matter?" Then, he moves into the more serious claims about rigging contests, faking giveaways, and running illegal lotteries. There's also VERY clear evidence that at least some of MrBeast's contests and giveaways were rigged -- or straight up illegal.
He's one of the biggest youtubers in the world. Might even be the biggest. Scale wise his videos are crazy. He was rich before FYI, he could definitely hire an entire crew of specialists.
Your wrong about the Samsung thing. The argument Was that they didn't pay for all the Samsung phones. It was given by Samsung for him to give away but he claimed that he paid for them. Samsung sponsored the video.

This reminds me of that app challenge Mr. Beast had a few years ago! You had to hold your finger on the app, you had 3 "lives". If you released your finger from the screen, you lost a "life". A lot of people were complaining that the app glitched out and took "lives" from people that still had their finger on the app. edit: he did a second event and it went exactly the same as the first one, people felt cheated out of chances to win money.
You should be careful before dismissing something as fake without showing any evidence. Just because an error occurred with the app doesn't automatically mean it's fraudulent. It's possible the problem was due to poor coding or technical issues from the developers. Unless there's concrete proof showing intentional deception, assuming it's fake undermines your credibility. Consider all possibilities and get the facts straight first. Also, by undermining claims that are easy to dismiss without evidence, you risk making other legitimate claims look less credible too. This kind of rational thinking is what you should do instead of having bias towards the argument or the accused person in that argument.
This feels like something someone was ordered to say out of desperation from the team as a whole. I can almost see them screaming at each other over these allegations and then told someone to craft a response on the fly, and we can all see how it went.
First time i ever heard of Mr. Beast was when he started the fake "Mr. Beast Burger" i knew instantly that he was a scammer. And then he later sued the fake restaurant company to pretend that he never knew it was a bullshit operation to begin with.
The MrBeast Burger situation is not an example of fraudery, nor is the fast food chain itself fake. It's a ghost kitchen operation: MrBeast creates the menu and an undisclosed contractor cooks and distributes the food. It's a straightforward concept. The lawsuit came because the quality of the food being served to the customers hit an all-time low due to the company that MrBeast hired to take charge of the franchise not playing their part of their contract. It just never seemed to recover from it. MrBeast may have committed fraud and illegal gambling on several occasions, but it's safe to say that the whole MrBeast Burger venture is not any part of either or atleast not that we know of. However, as far as we do know, it's just a failing business.

I was thinking about this during lunch. The biggest mistake with Mr Beast is the dishonesty. I think there wouldn't be so much backlash from this if he was just upfront with everything and not make his persona a "good" person. Whether you believe it or not doesn't matter. It's what the general public believed. People described him as a saint and now he looks like a liar. Nobody likes a liar. His persona is collapsing and people who would subconsciously overlook the flaws in the way he portrays himself are now noticing it. Mr Beast should have hired some PR people to coach him better to keep up his good person character. But since he's pretending to be something he's not, it would have collapsed sooner or later anyway. Also, really dislike how some people are just trying to deflect by saying it's not illegal. Just because it's not illegal doesn't make it any less scummy or something not worthy of criticizing. I don't know why people are trying to absolve him of all guilt when he has some responsibility in it. TLDR Mr Beast should take the L. Be honest. Move on. He won't be cancelled. An animal in a production would still be called an actor. If you pay the animal's owner it is a paid actor. Therefore, the raccoon was a paid actor.

The part about his prizes for buying feastables being hard to apply to if you don't buy the chocolate also is laughable, this is not a crime nor imoral in any way, or do you expect for all prizes to go to a group of a few people who flood their company with applications to try to game the system?

It's possible the problem was due to poor coding or technical issues from the developers. Unless there's concrete proof showing intentional deception, assuming it's fake undermines your credibility. Consider all possibilities and get the facts straight first. Also, by undermining claims that are easy to dismiss without evidence, you risk making other legitimate claims look less credible too.
@@m1co294 it's a grift that scummy people do, similar as celebrities or influences who rebrand Chinese sweatshop items as their "clothing brand" or cosmetics/perfume. Ghost kitchens are legal but also huge red flags for greed. It was all I needed to see that he was full of shit.

Bit of an L take at the end there it is not selective outrage if you are holding someone accountable for doing bad practices. Normalising shitty practices and claiming it is a part of your culture thus isn't as bad is such a shitty L take, and probably says more about your culture. Asmon has this weird thought process of “everything is doom and gloom so stop crying about it” along with a hint of “im right your wrong”

My main issue with MrBeast is he knew what Kris was doing, and MrBeast was doing the same as Kris. As far as I am concerned is that people should be more dead-focus on the grooming Kris did than this.

Asmon says the fake signature is buying something that you are not getting. But doesn't make the same connection with the chocolate bars also being buying a chance to win a chocolate factory, which is a scam if it was rigged.
Someone get the chocolaye factory , and if you crittik mr beast you crittik all the marketing and all this thing about lucky machine ( lottery and funfair
Difference is chance to get a chocolate factory. So it wouldn't hold up as being a scam. But it is true that if they did in fact rig the outcome then that sweepstakes was in fact a scam but unlike the chocolate bars you were guaranteed a signature from mr beast and since people did not actually get that, they were scammed.

Faking a video isn't fair for the people who came out of their way to commit to this video, thinking they actually have a shot to win the whole thing but in secret they don't.
May take big hit to popularity.
the thing is if he take upfront he just not a "good" person , he would never go far like that, at best he just become a second " Logan Paul", his whole brand hinge on " he does charity , he a good person " - I would like some one to compile everytime he mention " we never fake a video" in video.
He want to be president, want to be the forefront for kids , for future generations, that's reach over the realm of " just a youtuber " long ago. the craziest thing in USA is before these scandal, it easier to criticize political president, politician than Mrbeast - " a youtuber", any one who dare to criticize him would met countless dms from his goons, that 's why I dont like the gimmick " just a youtuber film a youtube video ".

In the 100 boys vs 100 girls video, Mr. Beast pays a contestant to leave the challenge when he was the only one who could easily solve a rubrics cube.
