So far, the only downside of your webinars are the students answering your questions. I find some of them are taking way too long to give you a response and I get very impatient and bored. Hi Joe, a question about economic depreciation… A murder happens inside the home so it's inside the property lines, but it is unrelated to the property and not changeable so is it still an economic depreciation?
