Great video. I notice that when I have golfers elbow flare ups it cause pain in my pinky finger from over gripping. Is this a symptom you’ve seen before? Almost as if the pinky grips too hard. The pain is dull on the inside of the finger and only presents after periods of heavy gripping. There is no cubital tunnel type pain like burning or tingling.
Will lightly tapping on the area cause pain? I had an impact to the radial head area like 6 months ago and had symptoms very similar to tennis elbow. I can do full ROM but always have pain, and if I tap very lightly on the area of impact, it hurts quite a bit. I just don't wanna go get xrays if it's simply tennis elbow and I need longer to heal.
Absolutely excellent video and your clear and concise explanation is easy to follow. Well done and I’m already feeling better.
Great to hear! Thank you so much for your kind words

Hi! Sometimes it can be referred to as “golfers elbow test”
Can we do stretching? If no, then why not?
