That episode where Paulie and Christopher try to find the Russian in the woods was a masterpiece.
Yes! Pine Barrens was great! Had some of the most hilarious dialogue in the entire show.
That was the best or I should say one of the best scenes.
I wish they did something with that plot thread. I wanted the Russian to get his revenge.
Episodes like that really lift this series into a whole another stratosphere. S3E1 alone was better than 99% of other shows.

after watching the breaking bad, I looked for something worth to watch.. I heard alot of good stuff about this sopranos.. I did try to watch 1 episode but I did not finish that was 5 or 7yrs ago and I did not like it. covid came and I try to re-watch it again, I tried my best and I literally finished it within 2weeks. still i dont get it.

The best show ever. As an Italian, the verbiage, mannerisms, and clothing, remind me so much of my childhood during the 70's in NY. My relatives still wont let go of those running outfits, LOL!!!

Im 39. Was hooked since i was 14 and it first came out. Seen every episode at least 5 times. Some prolly closer to to 10. And i truly love how so many people discovered this masterpiece of a show 20 years after it came out during the pandemic. The memes and deep dive videos on TH-cam have made me love it more than i ever thought possible. Without question, the greatest show in TV history
i’m one of those people. this show is easily number one in my list. i’ve always heard about it and finally binged it and i plan on rewatching it already
@@solomander some shows dont stand the test of time (Entourage for one). Some shows seem good at first watch, then corny/ridiculous upon review (Sons of Anarchy for me). But some shows get exponentially better the more you watch them. The Wire also falls under that category for me. But nothing comes close to the Sopranos. The writing is unreal. As an aspiring screenwriter myself, it actually makes me mad sometimes, because I knoe I will never be able to write/creste somethig half as good. The mixture of comedy/drama is unmatched. Literally changed the game for TV and media in general. Its been almost 25 years since its premiered and still no other show has come close

Tony's love for animals was a subtle touch that separated him from his fellow criminals. Though a bad guy, I always hoped his character would be ultimately be redeemed.
im pretty sure that love for animals and kids was supposed to drive home the fact that he was a sociopath, like Dr Melphi came to realise in the final few episodes.

One of the best TV shows of all time. Great cast and writing: a winning combination. Mr Gandolfini was such a talented actor and even nicer man in real life. For him to play such a tough man in a TV series and be such a kind man in real life is a testament to Mr Gandolfini's acting genius. RIP, Mr Gandolfini. You were a great actor. Thank you for your entertainment.
