    You brought back some amazing memories! I wish I’d known you about 10 years ago the first time I tried to do my own collard greens! I grew up in Maine and collard greens were not a big side dish, well now they are! And I had to call a friend to figure out how to cook them! I love your content and look forward to every video!

    Hello. I your video helped me as i just cut up my collards for Thanksgiving. Now i can freeze them. Thanks for sharing. I've heard of blanching but never done it til now. So i can always buy greens to keep in the fridge year round. TFS. Stay blessed!

    Is it the same for mustard greens? My mom just got a bunch that my brother cut up. Now they need to be prepared for the freezer.
