I picked up some tips and confirmed my ways!
I freeze a lot of my greens in clumps, about ⅓ cup. Then toss in bags in the freezer for popping in smoothies or soups. Cooking for 1 works great!

Great video as usual! Unfortunately, my kale was infested with aphids. I couldn’t wash them off. Btw, I’ve been following your mulching ideas for a few years, and I have rich, beautiful soil now. Thank you for sharing all of your great ideas!

Next year try insecticidal soap. I use Safer's end all.

Kale stems is just another spelling of compost
