      Orthodoxy shows itself to be the true church by the fact that the Fathers still reside within its confines. There was never a close to “patristic age” in the true orthodox church

He an a few Roman Catholic along with some professing EO guys are uniting in ways that your own masters would condemn. If this safeguarding of your Organization is so important where is the discipline or open rebuke of these folks?

    The last quotation in particular was powerful. Before understanding that the problems we face in this world are foremost spiritual, I was perplexed as I tried to find the source of the evil I see around me. “I see now, is the Fabians, the Skull and Bones, those who worship at Bohemian Grove!,” and then, “Or is it the communists? Yes it is the modernized communist movements of the west!,” and later, “no, it’s actually the new age spiritualists who are watering down all traditions into one so that we will all be brought under the control of one master.” I see now that it’s all of these and none, for the real enemy is the same as ever, he who unleashed these temptations and afflictions upon us. Thank God for the holy Orthodox Church for without it we would be lost.

    Thank you Father for this informative video. It saddens me to see what is happening in the so called Christian churches of the West. It seems as if the deterioration of society is increasing at an alarming rate and some people who call themselves Christians are at the forefront of the deterioration. Of course I am in No place to judge because I am the chief of sinners . I am just happy that I was led by the Lord to the Orthodox Church. As much as I am unworthy, I’m trying my best to live the Orthodox way.

      You can certainly begin studying and going deeper in knowledge *about* Christ. It is very difficult to avoid the politicization of the subject, but only when we are talking completely about faith alone, then we must remember the answer of the Lord Jesus Christ to a Canaanite woman.
    (Matthew 15:27-28)
    "Yes, Lord, yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table."
    ”Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed at that moment.”
    Father Peter, does Matthew 15:22-28 make us speak in softer terms about the form of faith of other Churches? How should we view the ecumenical movement when we read Matthew 15:22-28?

    • @everev851
      @everev851 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This woman acknowledged Christ as the truth and believe in Him geniously and she did it publicly, and even humiliated herself acknowledging that she was un worthy ( because of her adhearance to " other church' than the true of the Christ) and only then she is healed and blessed by Christ. An exemple of repentance , metanoia and return to the truth. The other churches unfortunately do not regret anything and do not return

    I was Roman catholic all my life and very familiar with ecumenism, and to shorten the story I became traditional catholic and revisits the vatican 2 church bit finally came to understand that Orthodoxy is the true faith. But what does one do to become an Orthodox with what seems to be many Orthodox clergy accepting ecumenism?

    • @antoniosvidakis
      @antoniosvidakis ปีที่แล้ว

      To become Orthodox nowdays you would have to find a priest that has walled-off from ecumenism and openly has declared his opposition against the heretics. According to church fathers those who follow heretics become also heretics and their sacraments are not valid.

    • @everev851

      When we are seeking geniously the truth we cannot compromise with oecoumenism . Devil gives us something that resembles with Christ to stop us from searching for Christ who is the truth . Devil deceives us this way . We feel the lack of Grace in these churches . I am born orthodoxe and practiced it since baby all my life . My spiritual father in Greece , who was my spiritual father since I was kid for 40 years , died unfortunately recently at very old age ,and am still in research of a good father . It is very hard . But he was I believe a saint and had s holy life and family himself and taught me that Praying to our Holy Theotokos is also very powerful and She is our mother and never let us without answers to spiritual battles. She ' LL present the best solution for each case to get us to the right father . I have witnessed it many times and keep praying also for this problem now . Take care 🙏

    There us no salvation outside the one Holy Apostolic Catholic church. Nulla salvationex cathedra. "He, who believeth in Me shall have life eternal" Jesus Christ. "The Only way to the Father is through me".
    St Maximilian Kolbe: "Only until all schismatics and Protestants profess the Catholic Creed with conviction, when all Jews and Mohamedans voluntarily ask for Holy Baptism - only then will the Immaculata have reached its goals."
    " In other word, there is no greater enemy of the Immaculata and her Knighthood than today’s ecumenism, which every Knight must not only fight against, but also neutralize through diametrically opposed action and ultimately destroy. We must realize the goal of the Militia Immaculata as quickly as possible: that is, to conquer the whole world, and every individual soul which exists today or will exist until the end of the world, for the Immaculata, and through her for the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus."
    St Kolbe rallying cry for more Catholic knights and the renewal of the Faith Militant to bring as Christ did " I came not in peace but baring a sword"
    This was before the emasculation of the Faith by Vatican 2. Traditional Catholicismnis the only hranch actively attaining new souls. And the Church was always armed built by St Simon Petros, first pope and martyr.

      Vatican 2 is the Faith that Rome Professes. And if Vatican 1 is True then Rome can never defect and should be followed in all things.
      Your own church hates you and desires that you be sold to Satan.
      The Orthodox Church is the Church of The Apostles, St. Peter and Scripture.

    I have no great disagreement with you. But if you do speak the truth where is the zeal to plant Orthodox churches throughout the land?
    I was blessed to have been able to discover the truth of Orthodoxy. But I have to drive 60+ miles ONE WAY to the nearest church. Now what do you say if that Church were of a heretical sect?
    There ARE LIMITS to a person's abilities. Would one exclude the Ethiopian merely because his ancestors disagreed with my own, but yet deny the substance of the disagreement? How is St. Paul's advice applicable here ref. Romans 14 first half.
    Some of these limitations may well be doctrinally sound, yet nearly impossible to practice.
