Great video! I discovered something today probably works in both. If you can manage to go slow enough and get a web on a tree or dark grey light post (the kind used along the edges of the map) and hold onto that web all the way until Spidey slows down to a halt. He will eventually turn himself upside down in his classic spider-man dangling from a web pose! v cute way better than the normal way to hang upside down. if you do it this way, you can move the camera around freely as opposed to the wall-stick + L2 method

When swinging near buildings of all similar height with no other anchor points, you can hold R2 while skimming the top of the building - preferably a corner - and do a stylish backwards jump without losing momentum. I found this works great in harlem near teos bodega and stuff because there are no tall building that will force miles to thwip-to while holding R2.

I found out by playing around that if you make a precise swing on to a water tower you can keep running around on it in circles if you follow yourself with the camera, and you can also just do a walk hop off of the side of it. It looks really cool!

Can't wait to see what you guys come up with now that web wings, loop-de-loop, corner teathers, and slingshot (anywhere) are confirmed to be in Spider Man 2.
There’ll be tons to cover that’s for sure!
I discovered that you can also use the venom jump for a few different purposes: 1. If you are swinging towards a building and can't stop or you will lose your momentum, if you do a venom jump, most of the time you can clear it and keep swinging. If you don't make it, you can still use that vertical speed to run up the wall quickly and then slingshot over. 2. If you do a web tunnel through the middle part of a water tower or a construction pipe and you are about to hit a wall, hit the venom jump to keep moving in style. 3. If you hold L1, then zip to a point and use the point launch boost, 90% of the time Miles will jump off with the point launch and then do a venom jump right after with just one press. Its a great way to start your swing. 4. You can also combine it with the veritcal point launch from one of the previous videos and clear even higher buidlings.

@deepkick9 I also discovered an easy trickshot that you can do at avengers tower. Go on the south side of the building and start running up the wall until right after the logo you see a little hole. You can slingshot through the hole, venom dash out the other side, and then dive

Great video! But I can’t do the super dodge. If I try to do the super dodge holding backwars it just cancels it. Got any tips?

Have you hotkeyed charge jump?
Try it forward or sideways first, push the direction then press charge jump and dodge simultaneously.

Are you on a ps4 by chance? Physics are slightly different and may be affecting it.
Also it took me a few goes to get the hang of it and wasn't working every time, but when it clicked I could do it every time.

How long does it take you to edit a video ? And what editing program do you use partner ?
Premiere pro and after effects. Adobe is the ultimate TH-cam suite imo.
Takes about 3-4 weeks a video in my spare time around 3 other jobs. Wish I could it faster.

Here's some more tips!
You can venom dash immediately out of the animation where you slide through the grating of a water tower
You can create a tighter dive by pressing Square during a normal dive animation
Use circle cancel venom jump when youre about to reach the top of a building ur running up and youll shoot urself higher past the top of the building
Using L2 for the slowdown for the speed glitch is way more consistent (just make sure nothing web zippable is in the way)
Try not moving the control stick after a swing/jump for a smoother/more realistic physics

I tried to get voices that suit the style of the game, hence why my previous ones it sounds like Peter Parker.
Miles is a one off so I probably won’t be doing anymore anyway.

Speed glitch too hard😞
It is ngl. Took me a bit to get the hang of it. Timing has to be perfect, if you’re too early or late it won’t work.
But once it clicks you can get it most of the time. You know you’ve got it when he slightly twitches as he’s going around the corner. You can kind of see it in the video.
Also I have a no hud mod for cinematic effect but you’d be holding R1 and the weapon wheel would be showing.
There are other in depth tutorials specifically for this if it helps.
Came for the fresh Spider-Man gameplay, stayed for the Needle Threading 🪡
