From Alan's Wow Monster, to Alex's complete befuddlement over Guz's noise, to Victoria trying to pull off the high IQ plays but getting caught every. single. time. This is truly one of the best final tasks of the series.
This may actually be the best final task of all time. I mean, I'd have to watch them all over again, but it's really hard to top this just because everyone seems to be having the best time ever.
@@jenniferhanses7064 and this is only what we see of it. Can you imagine how much time they must have had to cut out from them cracking up at each other 😂😂
@@rkah6187 It's one of my favourite things about improv. If you've ever seen Colin Mocharie do ANY improve he has that exact same facial expression after everything he says.

The crypto market is highly profitable with an expert broker just like Mr Gergely . I got recommended to him and since then my financial life has been a success.
Just withdrew my profits a week ago, it was so shocking when I withdrew $32,450 knowing I invested $3,000. I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills 😩
Genuinely one of the greatest live tasks of all time. The wow monster managed to eclipse several other hilarious things happening such as Guz's monster noise, the fart noises as Alan was beatboxing, Greg catching Victoria AND Morgana's attempts at mind games, and Little Alex Horne just wearing a tail that kept swinging around because he was also laughing so hard. This series was incredible.
Every time I watch this video (which is often), I go back to watch both the wow monster and Guz's monster again in slow motion so I can properly appreciate everyone's reactions. I highly recommend it. You can really appreciate the rapid progression from shock to bafflement to delighted laughter on Alex's face.
I like how it's a nearly identical series of facial expressions to the ones Rob Brydon displayed on WILTY when David Mitchell explains the distinction between putting milk in coffee and putting coffee in milk with “like the distinction between having a glass of water and going swimming”.
The 'interaction' between Greg and Victoria in this task (and the series, honestly) is one of my favorite things. At all. 😂Greg can read her like a book, and it's hilarious, because there's nothing she can do about it. 🥰

It doesn’t matter how much I know exactly what is coming. It doesn’t matter how many times I rewind to watch it again. The wow monster makes me cry with laughter every time. It’s a combination of the sound, the visuals of Alan and the other reactions. Just a golden moment.
The bit where Victoria came around from behind Desire' and stomped her way in, and Desire' had to remain silent, and none of it worked, was absolute genius.
I know this video is about the Wow Monster, which is fair, but I feel like some attention should be given to Morgana nearly falling over when accused of making Gus' moaning noise
My favourite thing is that this was done without an audience, in an empty studio (due to covid, it was later watched by a live audience to ad the laughs). This makes it so much funnier to me
@@poilboiler I think it's probably why the latest series doesn't have too many "guess who" stage tasks. It's more of carnival games with Alex flair (entertaining still).
Alex has said in a podcast interview that some of the studio tasks during the lockdown series were specifically because there wasn’t an audience, and I would assume this is the prime example.

@@Babyteef It would ruin the game though, I’d actually prefer there were zero audiences for the final tasks. makes everything more authentic, and it that they don’t have to play off to an audience.
I think the reason this is one of the best task of all time is not only do both hosts break down, but we can see the other contestants interacting behind Greg at times, and Desiree and Morgana (as the ones mostly shown) are hilarious. And also the contestants seem to be having the best time with each other. I have to think that behind the scenes this is one of the closest group of contestants.
i keep returning to this every so often and i just cant get over how the wow monster just kills EVERYBODY immediately at the same time. greg immediately keels over, alex cant believe what he just heard, desiree has to turn away, guz is chuckling away, alan is slumped over in comical shame, morgana is practically dead on the floor laughing and even the normally stoic victoria is stood there laughing with her arms out like "what the fuck kind of noise was that?" just beautiful truly one of the best moments of modern comedy television
Very high-level play by Victoria, with the misleading roundabout-walk tactic and the brutish heel stomping. Shame the results didn't match her execution's high standards.

@@forallthestupidshit3550 the code cracking was one of my favourite moments of her series, along with her learning to ride a bike and, of course, the wow monster. absolutely brilliant woman, not necessarily suited for the total insanity of taskmaster because Victoria expects things to adhere to some kind of logic
Yes. And if she were ever to reappear, she now would have disguising as an added layer to her thinking. Because she never stops thinking. She would adapt and overcome.
The last round just keeps giving: Victoria not being able to outsmart Greg, Morgana turning into the lead singer of Dimmu Borgir, Alan's Wow monster and Gus' 'monster'.
