We have brought this special recipe for you, it falls in the category of Namkeen Gosht, Saltish Meat and tastes exceptionally well. It tastes fantastic and peshawari namkeen gosht recipe could go hand in hand with it. This is a bakra eid special mutton recipe for our viewers around the world.
Mutton Namkeen Gosht's cooking ingredients are:
Gosth / Meat 5-6 Kg (As required)
Salt 2 Tea spoon
Dar cheeni 3 pieces
Black pepper / Sabit Kali mirch 30-40 Numbers
Tomato / Timatar 2 to 3
Onion / Piyaaz 1 big
Adrak / Ginger 3-4 big peeled pieces
Green Chilly a few for smell
Cooking Method:
We will place the Meat / Gosht in the Cooking Pot / Degchi adding white meat / charbi into it.
Placing tomatoes / timatar into the meat without cutting it.
Placing onion just peeled off not cut into the meat.
Garnishing with Dar cheeni and Black Pepper and placing adrak / ginger into it as well and closing the lid. Putting something heavy on the lid and turning on the fire, leaving it to cook for approximately one and a half hour.
After it is cooked placing green chilly on top of it and closing the lid for a nice smell.
Rosh / Namkeen Gosht / Mutton Namkeen Gosht is ready to serve, eat and enjoy :).

Greetings from Houston. My maternal grandfather was stationed in Nasirabad in 1920’s where he learned this. My late mother used to cook it on every baqreEid. I tried several times on my own but was adding more water. It was taking too much time. Thanks to you now I’ m going to try with less water. By the way we used to eat it without naan. Simply with black pepper and lime. Al’Lah Hafiz

Sir ham bhi ab quetta ko yaad hi kartey hain, per sari zameen hamari hai tou ham Quetta ki dishes bana kar Quetta ko yaad rakhtey hain.
