My washer sounds more like the GE in your video, my Whirlpool does have bad bearings, I believe mine is a VMW platform machine. My washer does have bearing noise when spinning drum with hand.
I find bearing failures most common on whirlpools and the earlier generations of GE washers, yours is a newer one, bearing failures are not super common on those but it’s not an uncommon issue either with those GE’s. I bet if an apartment complex had those GEs in every apartment at least a few of them would have a bad bearing.
