To change the bunny to a bear, use just the top of the bunny ear and make it a little smaller and rounder. Put a pleat in the ear at the bottom edge, then sew it into the seam between the back of the head and the front of the head with the center of the ear being lined up with the side head seam where it meets the center head panel. The bear ears do not get inserted into the side head seam where the bunny ears get inserted.
