    The last man 7:24 who received the punches received without pain and without effort. And also asked Vladimir to take two more punches. One in the minute 7:44 and then in the minuto 7:48 asked to received a stronger punche(laughing of the last punch) and took the punch without effort and pain. Is the only person who takes Vladimir withour pain and also without effort(relaxed). Incredible,

      I'm the last man 😀
      I only applied what Vladimir and Luca Chiarato teaches about impact dissipation. I think also that Vladimir adjusted the power of the punch depending on the receiver.
      The exercise is about learning on both side (deliver and receive/dissipate), not to be a punching bag. After I asked to show me (feel on my body) how to remove the punch/pain like he demonstarte on his videos. I laughed because the removal of impact simply works !
      It was an highly valuable learning experience.

      The idea is that you can achieve much just by knowing when and how to relax, and when, how, and where to tense up. Just about every technique seems to be built on that idea. This is teaching what Kung Fu nerds might call "Iron under cotton" or some other pretentious name. The idea is that, with proper relaxation and tension, you can absorb a blow that conventional wisdom would say you couldn't. They are learning to apply the principles against very light blows. (Note, I haven't had the opportunity to train in Systema yet, so this is based off of an outsider's interpretation of what I've seen, heard, and read.)

      trains both people. The one absorbing the strike learns to accept a strike hitting, most people flinch because they carry the fear as tension somewhere else in their body (normally shoulders and neck). Then they get used to recovering to 'healthy' position, so how to dump the energy or tension out of their body (normally through breath and grounding). Eventually how to dissipate the energy entirely as you see with some of the people, particularly the last guy. The person striking learns how to deliver force with minimal movement (just fist), and precision of the weapon against the body (fist placement for transfer). Also notice where Vlad is looking, he knows exactly where is fist and strike is going. Also notice that his more powerful strikes are ones with the least amount of body motion, aka the power comes from the 'surprise' of the opponent. Also check out how Vlad removes the strike with the last guy.

      No , V.Vasiliev is M.Ryabko student ; V.Starov was Kadochinokov student ( i think)

    • @orangeiceice12
      @orangeiceice12 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +sandra dosal No. I suggest staying away from Starov. Systema is a loose entity with four major styles and anyone can claim to be 'spetsnaz' and fool people who don't know. I'm not judging the quality of Starov's style, but his marketing is bullshit and Kadochnikov has said he never qualified Starov as an instructor but appointed him to a purely administrative post at one of his centers.
