- Muck is a brand new free FPS rogue-like survival game that just hit Steam. In this video, I am going over the basics of the game so you can get started right away. This game is quickly becoming notorious for being difficult, so hopefully some of these tips will help you stop dying!

My strat is to find a village and just get 1 iron bar, buy both iron pick, get gold bar, buy gold pick, get mythril bar, buy mythril pick, get adamantanite bar, buy adamantanite pick and axe and just get pbamium. Surprisingly fast strategy and only need a few nights of mob grinding. May help if you buy a sword
or just buy the adamantite tools straight from the villagers

@@THE_CUT you have to "ask" people for likes.. and add to favs... and also watching time... all those are very important for the algorithm. And beware of shadowbans. By saying words like "Twitch", "coronavirus" and such
I usually immediately go for a village because you can immediately get really good tools from the villagers and start from there just get the wooden tools from the village and fight the totems for gold.
you can get adamantiem tools for 75 gold. i do the same strat
@@mrorganic13 yeah it's a good strat when I'm done with totems I usually go back to the village and look for the people that give the good tools. I don't play this game anymore though it kinda gets boring after a while.

Actually a good Muck guide would tell you to ignore everything said in this video, start the game and just run to a village asap. Get everytool and start activating the close by "oblisks" until you have 75 coins and go back to the village to buy any tool or sword that costs 75 coins.

i usually immediately go for the fighting 3 mosters with a rock, and just get power ups, then look in caves for the night blade, after that i just get a ton chests and get things like life steal. then i get all needed things for boat, and easily beat all the guys with crystals, and then bob is just easy. also one time i beat big gronk with a rock, no armor and no power ups, in normal mode, so yea. thanks for the vid very cool

i would turn off grass but the game is way too ugly without them
I wish he would make the mushrooms and apples larger and then I would leave the grass on. I agree the game definitely loses some of it’s charm without it

@@THE_CUT Try the seed "oozingnips" (yes it sounds inappropriate) and you spawn near a hut with an anvil, half iron and a mithril axe. Can't deny using op seeds isn't a pro gamer strat >:D

"Pro gamer strats" or "game basics"? I search for seed with at least an axe for start in a green chest or a good power up on start else it will be same as any try
I don’t know about any seed for the new update but there are a bunch of good ones on Dani’s subreddit if you are looking for a OP seed for your next run.
This did not help me at all. Every night the enemies get harder and of them. I just can't keep up killing all the ememies, finding food to resort my hunger and health and also mining and chopping trees to progress. And trying to find the right ores and trees! Man come on you make the game sound so easy it was no help at all
The game definitely isn’t easy and each update it seems like it gets more and more difficult. Spamming walls to distract enemies and having more people in multiplayer is one of the best ways to survive the early nights and get set up!
@@THE_CUT The walls thing helps temporarily to run from enemies but in the long run that not good because it just wastes your time during the day when you could be progressing. I find what really helps is getting lucky with a good world generation with all the resources you need close by. I found a really good seed called Muck. Yes, just Muck. It has everything you need all the way up to obamium right near your spawn. By the 6th day before I faced the boss I had full adamantine tools weapons and armor and was good to go from there. Unfortunately on day 11 I did one of those pillars and three buff gronks spawned. How the hell....

I’ve got a little over 50 hours in rust so I’ve played a good bit. With that said I don’t actually think they are all that similar.
They both start with hitting trees with a rock (which is basically every survival game now). Muck took inspiration from Rust’s base building system. And they both have 4 letters in their titles. But besides that the are obviously VERY different games.
