You people do know that these videos are 100% fake. The restorer takes photos of the objects to be restored along with video and then goes about aging and rotting them in salt water and mud and then plants them just to find the item a few minutes later on video. Then he goes about restoring by cleaning up the mud and the dirt and the surface rust if any. Sometimes they plant junk and just get them muddy and dirty for effect and do an honest restore but only as far as it was junk to be repaired. There are some legit restorers like the Tool restore guy and the obvious antique restorers.
I am no expert but I am pretty sure that a genuine Rolex would not rust due to the type of metals namely the 904L stainless steel being used in it's construction & further more a genuine Rolex does not have a glass face they are normally crystal. A genuine Rolex also does not have a plastic insert to hold the movement in place, well none of mine do - nice video but you only found a fake/repo by the looks of it..
I actually have this exact model of "Rolex". Purchased it in Northern Thailand about 20 years ago for $18 US if I remember correctly. Believe it or not, it is still running. The only work I have ever had done on it was some minor work with the winder. Even though it is a knock off I really like the look of the watch and still wear it. BTW I am not sure that Rolex ever mass produced this style of watch.
