Can you also tell how s/he managed to get shortlist through API score without PhD?
As without PhD and publications and afcors TA experience, you can only manage 59/100 with JRF and >80% marks in UG and PG and afcors 3 marks for award while the shortlisting cutoff is 60 marks.
We can go for addition reaction to differentiate between aromatic and anti aromatic compounds as anti aromatic compounds undergoes dimerisation at room temperature

Nice video. Although m not a chemistry student but still want to appreciate. The problem which m facing is short in score. Although I have done m.com and net qualified but still jobless. I didn't get call after filling form last year of DU recruitment in various colleges.

I'm not clarified about how we distinguish R and S enantiomers?
We'll get different spectras with the use of chiral medium, but how should we know whether R or S reacts with the chiral medium?
I would like to try to explain u..So, we will take initially spectra in which R and S will show same chemical shift values because they have same structure. Now, after making interaction with chiral medium, spectra of one of them ( say R) will be shifted somewhat than before. While spectra of other enantiomer(say S) will remain as such. Hope u understand👍
@@simrankhosla8085 you've explained what's there in the video? I've understood it. My doubt is that how do you know that the spectrum with chemical shift is R only? You may say it can be S, but how ?
