This is the only game I've played that had a tutorial right before the final boss.

Tho the moment hit hard, so I was down for it, personally lol tho I legit thought the game was only halfway over with the tutorial, and I was kinda relieved that it wasn't, but kinda wished it was as I was still trying to understand valimar as the credits roll xD
Yeah. Think I was dumb stuck and smiling considering I knew I still had three games to go and I didn't expect this.
Also the last game in recent memory that made me sad to fight said boss because of the betrayal. I did not see it coming.
On hard difficulty it ruined my ending. I was so hyped but then dying dozens of times due to just pure luck ruined it for me.

i like how in other Kiseki the final boss was this demonic godly entity, and in this Cold Steel 1 the final boss was gundam

Just finished my 2nd playthrough yesterday, and I lost it when Rean drops that line. Again.
It's astounding that Sean Chiplock was able to record that line without cracking up.
Came back after finishing Sen 4... Man this whole series has a special place in my heart...
Yeah, the Trails series is so good. 10 games deep and most if not all of them seem to always have stellar endings too.

What I love about the trails series, is how they build the characters, be it villains, or allies, or even NPC's and secondary characters, I can't get to hate them, they are all well writen and it is one of the reasons I think the trails, should become more mainstream, such an amazing series

Hands down, Estelle is still the best MC in a JRPG

@@d3ly746 that's Arianrhod's theme that wasn't used all the time(Belle and Sigmund other than her where it was used)and Get over the barrier roaring version is Arios Boss fight exclusive only in Ao.. thus Inevitable Struggle played numerous times and became soundtrack that will really define the game like Silver Will and Decisive Collision

Unfathomed force played in Ao for Campanella and Arianrhod.
Arios is the main plot rival boss of Ao.
(Tbh in Ao both Arianrhod and Arios are kinda equal in terms of magnitude and that's why I mentioned both tracks)

I love how much this theme resonates with Rean and his final fight in Cold Steel 1, alongside Silver Will this will probably always my all time Falcom music's favourite

I was NOT expecting this to play again during the Gral of Erebos boss fights in Cold Steel 3. Made the emotions for those fights even more intense.

I love how this game's music utilizes elements of TRANCE MUSIC: sweeping EQs/phasers, rapid arpeggios, that four on the floor kick, and of course the iconic bass on the off-beat. This music is up there with Zero Escape and Danganronpa as some of the best EDM music.
Decisive Collision SAV also contains Trance elements, other Trance inspired tracks include Lift Off (CS3), Doomsday Trance (CS4) all composed by Takahiro Unisuga.
Man I always keep getting shivers hearing this just like the first time I reached that part
Legendary track, absolutely adore the arrangement of this one, the arpeggios in the background are so cool. The composition is also immaculate, truly a masterpiece from Unisuga.

After playing the second game, coming back and doing this fight again was really easy.
All the mech fights are easy, in a sense I would wish they would improve the combat system again. As at the moment it's almost always the same things you do every fight.

음악만 놓고보면 그냥저냥 잘 만들어진 곡인데 역시 음악은 그 상황도 곁들여서 들어야 지리는 법.. 크로우와 첫 조우시점 대사칠때부터 이 음악 나올때 가슴이 미어지다가 1:20 경 부터 음악 분위기 변할 때 개지림
This battle actually frustrated me a bit. It took a little while to get used to the Divine Knight battle. Such a twist, that even the battle type changes at the end!
And then you get hit with that ending and you don't even know what the hell to feel anymore

Not gonna lie, the gundam fights were dumb. Especially the one vs Crow. You can't beat him unless you play super defensive and counter everyone of his attacks

So the other day my friend was doing an RP, and he was playing a final boss. Some Kiseki music was playing in the background, I think it was Azure Arbitrator. One of the actions he described was "the decisive collision striking the beast in the back of the head"

Completed CS1 two days ago. Despite the fact that this is my least favorite in the series so far, it was a lot of fun. This whole final section tho... Fucking oof, that was insane. Never have I seen the stakes escalate to that degree in such a short amount of time.
CS2 is way better. I had to force my through CS1 in some parts. CS2-4 I couldn't put my controller down.
Glad you enjoyed it. I am at CS3 now (which I am LOVING, such a rewarding experience after playing the series in order) and CS2 is now my least favorite 😢
@@ShubhamGupta-ir2gn how about now ? i'm personally think CS 1 is the best CS game and CS 2 is my least favorite. CS 3 kinda didn't sell me because it doesn't have element of surprise that i like in CS 1. CS 4 is improvement of CS 2 i guess
@@si-level I still love CS1's finale. But I consider CS1 and CS2 to be the weakest games in the series (especially CS2). CS3 is the best Erebonian game for me(not counting Hajimari, yet), New Class VII is superior to the old one in almost every respect and Rean also becomes a much more likeable character. CS4 had some of my favourite moments in the series but had some annoying parts (especially the dating elements).
Overall, Cold Steel is not as good as it's predecessors but it was a worthy saga either way and a great conclusion to the first half of the Zemuria saga.
I have only just started Hajimari but I feel like I am gonna enjoy it more than all of Cold Steel.

Think i like this better than Blue destination since it sounds more like Silver Will and Silver Will is just so good it might be the best battle track in the whole series.
