At 1:02 and 1:09, what are the gas strut lower end fixings fixed to? What is the "sill" the rising bed sits on - what is it made of? I want to retrofit a pair of struts to my camper, and the bed is currently in 3 pieces that slide across each other. I want to fix them together and have the whole surface rise and fall, hinged at the rear.
